1. To traje od prve nedelje novembra
2. Svi dokumenti su bili podignuti i korisnička podrška je rekla da izgledaju dobro, ali su onda odjednom počeli da šalju ponovljeni zahtev za sliku preko n. Poslao sam preko 10 slika, SVE SU KRISTALNO JASNE I SAVRŠENO ČITKE. Zatim su nakon 11. očistili i onda tražili još jedan dokaz o prebivalištu koji je već bio dat na 2 različite izjave. Poslao sam 3. juče. Normalno, otprilike u ovo vreme svakog jutra imam e-poštu od njih, ali danas nijedan.
3. Poslednji put kada sam razgovarao sa korisničkom podrškom juče je bilo i sve što su rekli je ista unapred napisana poruka da moram da sačekam verifikaciju. Imam kopije sve prepiske ćaskanja ako je potrebno.

1. It has been ongoing since the first week of November
2. All the documents were up & customer support said they looked good but then they all the sudden started sending repeat request for the pic w id over n over. I sent in over 10 pictures ALL BEING CRYSTAL CLEAR & PERFECTLY LEGIBLE. Then after the 11th one they cleared it & then asked for another proof of residence which had already been provided on 2 different statements. I sent a 3rd yesterday. Normally, around this time every morning I have an email from them but none today.
3. Last time I spoke w customer support was yesterday & all they said was the same pre-written message that I needed to wait for verification. I have copies of all chat correspondence if needed.
