Tražim isplate u ovom kazinu već 15 dana. Prva kartica koju sam deponovao Mastercard 10.10.2022. odbijena je 10 dana kasnije. Druga kartica zatražena 18.10.2022. je odbijena danas 25.10.2022. Zahtevam povlačenje preko bankovnog računa (3 u toku dana danas), i oni su odobreni i odbijeni nakon nekoliko minuta.
Kontaktirao sam putem ćaskanja i e-pošte (većina ne odgovara) i zatražio telefonski poziv koji nikada nisam primio. Prvo su mi rekli da je sve u redu i da čekam 5 dana. Posle tog vremena počeli su da se pravdaju komentarišući da provajder plaćanja adien ne uspeva u plaćanju Španiji, bez davanja rešenja. Nema datuma, nema ničega.
Danas kontaktiram da pokušam da platim bankovnim transferom, operater mi kaže da je sve u redu, pa ako hoću da blokiram svoj nalog onome čemu ne pristupam, a posle toga nisu krivi ni za šta što je kriv provajdera, da je njihova kompanija na Malti, da proverim u mojoj banci, što je apsurdno.
Ovaj operater ima hrabrosti da mi kaže da uplatim novac preko paipal-a i pokušam da ga podignem tamo. Sve ovo nakon slanja i overe dokumentacije iz moje banke, kartice, potvrde, smešno.
Činjenica je da ovaj kazino ne uplaćuje moj novac, najgore je što ne daju rešenje i kažu da nemaju informacije, poričući krivicu provajdera, a ja sam bespomoćan jer ne žele da plate ja imam svoj novac, upravljam ovim kazinom u Španiji i regulisan je propisima o igrama na sreću, nezakonito je zadržavanje mog novca.

Llevo 15 dias reclamando retiros en este casino. El primero mediante tarjeta que deposité Mastercard del dia 10/10/2022 fue denegado 10 dias después. El segundo por tarjeta solicitado el dia 18/10/2022 ha sido denegado hoy 25/10/2022. Solicito retiro por cuenta bancaria (3 durante el dia de hoy), y se aprueban y deniegan a los pocos minutos.
He contactado por chat y email (la mayoría no los responden), y solicitado llamada telefónica que nunca recibí. Primero me decían que todo estaba correcto y esperase 5 dias. Pasado ese tiempo empezaron a excusarse comentando que el proveedor de pago adyen está fallando en pagos a España, sin dar ninguna solución. Ni fechas, ni nada de nada.
Hoy contacto para intentar pagar mediante transferencia bancaria, el operador me dice que todo está bien, luego que si quiero bloquear mi cuenta a lo que no accedo, y después de que no tienen culpa de nada que es culpa del proveedor, que su empresa está en Malta, que consulte con mi banco, cosa absurda.
Este operador tiene la cara de comentarme que deposite dinero por paypal e intente retirar por ahi. Todo esto después de enviar y verificar documentación de mi banco, tarjeta, recibos, ridículo.
El caso es que este casino no paga mi dinero, lo más grave es que no dan solución y dicen que no disponen de información, denegando la culpa en el proveedor, y yo me encuentro indefenso ya que no me quieren pagar mi dinero, operando este casino en España y estando regulado por ordenación del juego, siendo ilegal retener mi dinero.
