Ni u jednom trenutku nisam koristio nikakav softver za VPN ili IP maskiranje da bih pristupio njihovoj platformi.
Prilikom registracije dao sam svoje podatke pošteno i ispravno odabrao svoju zemlju prebivališta.
Svi lični podaci koje sam uneo bili su tačni i potpuni, uključujući moju adresu i zemlju prebivališta. Priložio sam i ličnu dokumentaciju kao što je lična karta ili potvrda o vlasništvu.
Nakon što su mi odbili dokumentaciju bez navođenja razloga, zatvorili su moj nalog, sprečavajući me da ažuriram dokumente ili pokušavam da rešim situaciju.
U nastavku citiram saopštenje koje mi je poslato. Oni se oslanjaju na svoje uslove i odredbe, pozivajući se na Španiju kao na beta zemlju na svojoj platformi. Međutim, nisam imao problema sa registracijom i depozitom.

All personal information I entered was accurate and complete, including my address and country of residence. I also attached personal documentation such as an ID or account ownership certificate.
After denying my documentation without giving a reason, they closed my account, preventing me from updating my documents or trying to resolve the situation.
Below I quote the communication sent to me. They rely on their terms and conditions, referring to Spain as a beta country on their platform. However, I had no problems with registration and deposit.

No he utilizado ningún VPN ni software de enmascaramiento de IP para acceder a su plataforma en ningún momento.
Durante el registro, proporcioné mi información de manera honesta y seleccioné correctamente mi país de residencia.
Toda la información personal que ingresé fue precisa y completa, incluyendo mi dirección y país de residencia. Ademas de adjuntar documentación personal como documento de identidad o certificados de titularidad de cuenta
Despues de denegar mi documentación sin dar motivo han cerrado mi cuenta, impidiendome actualizar mis documentos o intentar solucionar la situacion.
A continuación cito literalmente el comunicado que se me ha enviado. Se amparan en sus términos y condiciones refiriéndose a españa como un pais betado en su plataforma. Sin embargo en el registro y depósito no tube ningun problema.
