Ne mogu da se prijavim na svoj profil za žalbe. Video sam vaš odgovor, ali ne mogu da napišem ništa sa svog profila. Ima nekih tehničkih problema. Ne mogu čak ni da pročitam vašu početnu stranicu. Napisaću svoj odgovor ovde. ID: 95711
Pogrešno si me razumeo. Ne mogu reći da sam to uradio namerno. Dao sam samo informacije koje sam našao u svojoj e-pošti. Igrao sam sa svog profila, bio sam siguran da imam jedan nalog, jer su depoziti i isplate bili uspešni. Nije bilo naznaka da imam dva naloga. Zašto kazino nije upozorio na ovo? Mislim da bi podaci drugog naloga trebalo da budu moji, jer je nalog napravljen greškom. A s obzirom na ove prekide u igranju, ovi računi su mi zbrkani. Zbog toga imam i nekoliko zahteva za vraćanje lozinke. Ali kada sam verifikovao svoj glavni nalog, postojala je i komunikacija sa korisničkim centrom gde su mi mogli reći da ovaj drugi nalog postoji. Zašto kazino to nije uradio? Mislim da nije fer da kazino identifikuje drugi nalog samo kada ja osvojim veći dobitak. I kao što sam ranije pomenuo, bilo je i drugih većih pobeda. Ovaj drugi nalog nije kreiran namerno! I zašto je uopšte moguće otvoriti drugi nalog u ovom kazinu? I dalje verujem da sam moj dobitak osvojio po pravilima, jer je ovaj račun odobren. I dalje sam poslao mejl kazinu na koji nisam dobio potpun odgovor o ovom slučaju blokiranja. Razumem politiku i zakon kazina, ali ne zloupotrebljavaju ga svi igrači. Verujem da dok sam uplaćivao i gubio, kazino je verovatno video moj drugi nalog. Bilo je kao obezbeđenje do takvog događaja, tako da nisam mogao da isplatim svoj dobitak. Kao što sam rekao, moj dobitak je pošten. I možete videti koliko aktivnosti ima u mom glavnom profilu pre ove žalbe. Zaboravio sam kako sam ovo uradio. I mislim da postoji šansa da je došlo do promena domena. Bio je to predug vremenski period da se sve stvari setim. I ne mogu da vidim svu istoriju svog profila jer je nalog blokiran. I zapravo mi kazino još uvek šalje mejlove da imaju posebne ponude za mene za oba imejla. Prilično dobra prilika da otvorim drugi nalog...I imajte na umu da igrate dugo u ovaj kazino tamo nisam igrao protiv bilo kakvih pravila. I ako sam tamo napravio profil, to je zato što je ocena kazina bila visoka. Takođe, ako me kazino nije obavestio o postojanju drugog profila, može sumnjati da li sam bio svestan drugi profil.Bilo bi lepo dobiti neki odgovor zašto je ova situacija eskalirala do sada.
Mislim da ne koristim identifikacione akreditive. E-pošta je sigurno drugačija, možda i moj broj mobilnog. Zato se osećam neshvaćeno i zbunjeno. Mogao bi da se napravi i sa mog starog telefona.

You misunterstood me.I can't say that I did it on purpose. I only provided the info I found in my e-mail. I played from my profile, i was pretry sure that I had one account, because the deposits and withdrawals were successful. There was no indication that I had two accounts. Why casino didn't warn about this? I think that the data of the other account should be mine, because the account was created by mistake. And considering these interruptions in playing, these accounts are messed up for me. That's why I also have several requests for password recovery. But when I verified my main account, there was also communication with the customer center where they could tell me that this second account exists. Why didn't the casino do it? I don't think it's fair that the casino identifies a second account only when I've won a bigger win. And like I mentioned before, there were other bigger wins as well. This second account was not created on purpose! And why is it even possible to create a second account in this casino? I still believe that my winnings have been won by me following the rules, because this account is approved. And I have still sent an email to the casino to which I have not received a complete response about this blocking case. I understand the casino policy and law, but not all players abuse it. I believe that while I made deposits and lost, the casino probably saw my other account. It was like security until such an event, so that I could not pay out my winnings. As I said, my winnings are fair. And you can see how much activity there is in my main profile before this complaint.I forgot how i did this.And i think that theres is chance that there were domain changes.It was too long period of time to remember all things.And i cant see all my profile history because account is blocked.And actually casino still sending me emails that they have special offers for me for both emails.Pretty good chance to create second account...And please keep in mind that playing long time in this casino there i played not against any rules.And if i created there profile its because casino rating was high given.Also, if the casino failed to alert me to the existence of the second profile, it may doubt whether i was aware of the second profile.It would be nice to get some answer why this situation escalate so far.
I think i dont used identifical credentials.Email is different for sure,maybe also my mobile number.Thats why i am feeling feeling misunderstood and confused.It could be created from my old phone also.
