So, I decided to make a bank card deposit to have a bank card transaction record. I deposited 8,000 HUF, thinking that this would help with the withdrawal.

My winnings increased to 345,000 HUF. I attempted to withdraw the amount, but it was rejected.

I submitted all the required documents, and even accidentally uploaded additional files that I couldn’t retract, including a picture of my partner’s bank card.

After that, my account was blocked with the reason being that I had misused someone else's information, claiming it was a legal regulation violation.

Previously, I had made deposits using my partner’s card without any issues as they were accepted, but I never won. Now that I used my own bank card and Paysafecard and won, not only are my winnings confiscated, but my last deposit of 8,000 HUF also remains inaccessible.

Why wasn’t this addressed earlier, given that I had made several deposits using my partner's card in the past without any indication of a problem?
