Otvaram svoj nalog 6/12 dok sam u poseti prijateljima u Danskoj.
Deponovao sam preko 5000nok i osvojio 10004.
podneo sam povlačenje i odbijen sam zbog bezbednosti. Zato sam dodao svu svoju dokumentaciju i podršku rekao da će sredstva biti povučena na moj račun kada se dokumentacija učita.
Kada sam sve predao i sve je bilo odobreno, ponovo sam se povukao i kazino me nije kontaktirao.

kada sam podesio nalog izabrao sam norvešku krunu da bih mogao da igram u Norveškoj po povratku i takođe dao svoju tačnu adresu u Oslu.
Nemam načina da dokažem da sam bio u Danskoj jednu noć jer nam je ostala danska kruna sa prethodnih putovanja.
Zamolio sam kazino da mi pošalje e-poruku sa tim ishodom, ali mi neće čak ni e-poštom, tako da imam bilo šta u evidenciji, stalno me traže da se vratim na ćaskanje uživo.
Pročitao sam mnogo drugih sličnih slučajeva sa ovim kazinom i potrebna mi je podrška i pomoć pre nego što kontaktiram svog advokata sledeće nedelje.

I open my account on 6/12 whilst visiting friends in Denmark.
I deposited over 5000nok and won 10004.
i submitted withdrawal and was declined due to security. So I added all my documentation and support said once documentation was uploaded the funds would be withdrawed to my account.
Once I had submitted everything and everything was approved I withdrew again and the casino didn’t contact me.
I tried to log in again and they have blocked my account without notifying me.
I contacted support and they have said my account has been blocked due to using vpn and I need to prove that I was in Denmark.
when I setup the account I chose Norwegian krone so I could play in Norway upon my return and also put my correct address in Oslo in.
I have no way of proving I was in Denmark for one night as we had danish krone left over from previous travels.
I have asked the casino to email me with there outcome but they won’t even email me so I have anything on record, they keep asking me to come back to live chat.
I have read lots of other similar cases with this casino and need support and help before I contact my lawyer next week.
