ich versuche seit dem 04.02. eine Auszahlung bei Vulkan Vegas in Höhe von 8000€ zu tätigen. Diese wurden aufgrund der Auszahlungen Methode Visa auf 500€ Schritte gelegt.
meine KYC ist erfolgreich und es gab bereits Auszahlungen in geringerer Höhe, sowohl über Visa als auch über Bank Transfer.
Nun werden aber alle Anfragen zu einer Auszahlung alle abgelehnt. Eine Begründung per Mail oder Support erfolgte nicht.
mir wurde vor einigen Tagen per Operator versichert, das meine Auszahlungen schon bald bei mir ankommen. Screenshot liegt vor. Einen Tag später wurden wieder Anfragen über 5000€ abgelehnt, 3000€ sind noch offen.
Zeitweise waren von meinem Account 2500€ verschwunden. Nach Ablehnung einiger 500€ Anfragen sind nun 2000€ wieder auf meinem Konto mehr.
gibt es was, was ich noch tun kann?
