Moje povlačenje je na čekanju u kazinu Vild Sultan 6 dana. Imam račun više od 6 meseci, potpuno verifikovan i višestruke depozite i povlačenja.
Jurio sam putem e-pošte i ćaskanja. Ignorisali su me na mejlu, a na ćaskanje sam primio uobičajeno (prosleđeno nadležnom odeljenju, javićemo vam se).
Pokušao sam da se prijavim danas i dobio sam poruku da je kazino napustio moj region. Tako da ne mogu da se prijavim. Agent za ćaskanje je rekao da im je potreban dokaz o vlasništvu kriptovaluta za moje povlačenje. Ipak, oni to imaju MESECIMA. Proverili su to kada sam dostavio sve svoje dokumente i moj račun je primio više depozita i povlačenja.
Pošto kazino ne odgovara na e-poštu i povlačenje nije obrađeno, a zbog toga što ne mogu da se prijavim pošto su oni napustili region, potreban mi je Casinoguru da pomogne u posredovanju.
Uključio sam slike sa povlačenja koja su potvrđena pre 5 meseci na svoju kripto adresu. Zahtevao sam ovo povlačenje (koje je verifikovano)

My withdrawal has been pending at Wild Sultan Casino for 6 days. I have had the account over 6 months, fully verified and multiple deposits and withdrawals.
I chased on email and chat. I was ignored on email and on chat I received the usual (passed to the relevant department, we will get back to you).
I tried to login today and received the message that the casino had left my region. So I cannot login. The chat agent said they needed proof of crypto ownership for my withdrawal. Yet they have had thsi for MONTHS. They verified it when I provided all my documents and my account has received multiple deposits and withdrawals.
As the casino is not responding on email and the withdrawal has not been processed, and due to me not being able to login as they have left the region, I need Casinoguru to help mediate.
I have included images from withdrawals being validated 5 months ago to my crypto address I have requested this withdrawal (which has been verified)
