Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za vaš problem. Ovakve naknade obično naplaćuje treća strana (provajder plaćanja) i bojim se da mi tu ništa ne možemo da uradimo. Imajte na umu da kazina nemaju uticaj na transakcijske naknade ili naknade za menjanje valuta koje provajderi plaćanja odbijaju za obradu uplate. Zaista bismo hteli da pomognemo, ali ovaj put nam je to nemoguće.
Molim vas, javite mi ako mogu još nešto da vam pomognem, inače ću biti primoran da zatvorim ovu žalbu.

Fees like this are usually charged by a third party (payment provider), and I am afraid that there is nothing we can do about it. Please understand that casinos have no influence over transaction fees or currency exchange fees deducted by payment providers for processing the payment. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
