2022-09-01, napravio je dva depozita i odigrao sav svoj bilans (na računu je ostalo 0,10 centi)
2022-09-02, kontaktirao nas je putem ćaskanja uživo i zatražio zatvaranje njegovog naloga.
Stoga je naš predstavnik za podršku klijentu dao informacije o tome gde na sajtu može da suspenduje svoj nalog i pružio dodatne informacije o tome gde može da pronađe više informacija na našem sajtu o svojim opcijama, koje smo dužni da pružimo zbog pravila odgovornog igranja .
Klijent je odgovorio da ima „problem" i „invaliditet", pa je naš predstavnik podrške zamolio klijenta da precizira da li je problem na koji govori povezan sa kockanjem.
Ovo ćaskanje je bilo jedini put kada nam se klijent obratio, a trenutno je njegov nalog zatvoren.
Imajte na umu da su alati za odgovorno igranje slobodno dostupni klijentima na našem sajtu. Ako nas je klijent kontaktirao navodeći probleme sa kockanjem, mi ćemo zatvoriti klijentov račun bez mogućnosti da ga ponovo otvorimo u budućnosti.
Ne vidimo razlog za povraćaj novca.

This chat was the only time when the client reached out to us, and currently, his account is closed.

We see no reason for a refund.
