Deponovao sam 3. marta 2025. koristeći pripejd karticu jer je koristim za finansiranje svog naloga povremeno u ovom kazinu. Nikada do sada nisam imao problema, a uvek kažu da ću za 72 sata dobiti odgovore. Nisu mi dali ažuriranje. Davno sam predao izjavu o pripejd karticama i sve što želim da znam je da li izdaju povraćaj novca ili polažu nazad na moj račun.
Novac sa pripejd kartice je povučen i van faze čekanja, tako da ako će izdati povraćaj, pripejd kompanija će morati da to uradi ručno, a biće potrebno 30 dana da povrate novac iz kazina.
Vinspirit je obavešten o ovome, jer sam poslao e-poštu i ćaskanja uživo u kojima sam ih obavestio o ovom pitanju.
Sve što želim da znam je da li treba da dam prednost pripejd kompaniji da povrati nedostajuća sredstva jer vinspirit casino mora da kaže, da, imam pravo na sredstva koja nedostaju, ili će oni reći ne i ostaviti me bez ičega?
I deposited on March 3rd, 2025 using a prepaid card because I use it to funding my account every so often at this casino. The money from the prepaid card has been withdrawn and out of the pending stage, so if they are going to issue the refund, the pre paid company will have to be the ones who to manually do it, and it's going to take 30 days on their end to retrieve the money from the casino.
Winspirit has been made aware of this, because I've sent an email and an live chats informing them on this issue.
All I want to know is, do I need to give the go ahead to the prepaid company to retrieve the missing funds because winspirit casino has to say, yes, I am entitled to the missing funds, or are they going to say no and leaving me with out anything?
