10.07.24. pokušao sam da obavim kupovinu kriptovaluta kao i obično, ali iz nekog čudnog razloga mi to nije dozvoljavalo da obavim kupovinu. Zato sam odlučio da samo isprobam svoju debitnu karticu kao što sam pokušao nekoliko puta ranije, a kazino je to odbio. Pa ovaj put je odjednom odobreno. Tako da sam odigrao svoj depozit od 30 dolara i izgubio, a zatim odigrao besplatne okrete koji su bili potrebni da bi poslednja akcija bila depozit. So I decided to just try my debit card as I had tried several times before and it was denied by the casino. Well this time all of a sudden it was approved. So I played my $30 deposit and lost then played the free spins that required for last action to be a deposit. The maximum withdrawal amount for the promotion is $100.00 . So I made my withdrawal request and it was instantly denied. They said they needed credit card verification it's not a credit card it's my bank debit card. They requested for me to submit a selfie of me holdy my debit card with only the last four digits showing, a photo of the front and back of the debit card not showing the 3 digit code My I d and a selfie of me holding my ID and bank stay since I don't have any untilities in my name I cannot even tell you how many times I had submitted the documents. Not to mention I had also kindly asked how long does the process take and they said not long at all. The 3-5 business days time frame is for new accounts that didn't make a deposit and requesting withdrawal from a free bonus I made my withdrawal request yesterday evening it's now 108 and I'm still not able to withdrawal. I reached out to them several times and I'm just ignored. They had also mentioned if I had any questions or contacts to reach out to chat support and there no help period.
