Igrač u početku nije sledio našu KIC proceduru, zbog čega su bila potrebna dva dodatna pokušaja pre nego što je završi. Ceo proces je trajao manje od tri sata, od prvog pokušaja isplate do konačnog odobrenja i plaćanja. Vredi napomenuti da vrlo mali broj kazina, čak i onih najvećih i sa najvišim ocenama, može da obradi i KIC i plaćanje brzo kao mi, posebno nakon višestrukih pokušaja da se dostave potrebna dokumenta.
S obzirom na našu efikasnost u rešavanju ovog pitanja, iznenađen sam da je ova žalba podneta.
