Čekam više od mesec dana na povlačenje. Uz to, povlačenje bitkoina. Kontaktirao sam ih 5 puta, svaki put osoba sa kojom razgovaram nema pojma šta je ranije urađeno. Stalno mi govore da se moj slučaj „eskalira", ali sledeća osoba sa kojom razgovaram kaže mi da to nikada nije bilo, a onda će ga eskalirati. Povrh toga, prvi put kada sam ih kontaktirao nakon 2 nedelje čekanja, rečeno mi je da su im potrebni neki dokumenti od mene, što nikada nije traženo tokom procesa povlačenja. Ponovo sam kontaktirao da pitam gde da pošaljem dokumente, i tada su mi rekli da ne moram da dam nikakve dokumente jer je to bilo povlačenje bitkoina! Nedelju dana kasnije ponovo ih kontaktiram, rečeno mi je da moram da dostavim dokumente, a oni nemaju pojma zašto mi je rečeno da nisam! Šaljem dokumente i nedelju dana kasnije ponovo kontaktiram; su rekli da nisu dobili dokumenta, ali to je bilo u redu jer im nisu potrebna nikakva dokumenta od mene! Pre 2 dana sam ponovo kontaktirao i rekao da se moj slučaj ponovo "eskalira". Pitam ih šta je bilo sa poslednjom „eskalacijom". Tada mi je rečeno da su moji dokumenti eskalirani, a ne moje povlačenje. uhh sta? Nakon višestrukog pitanja šta to znači, odustao sam od pokušaja da dobijem odgovor na to pitanje. Rečeno mi je da još uvek ne moram da podnosim dokumente. Dakle, pretpostavljam da eskalacija dokumenta znači da više ne moram da ih dostavljam!?U ovom trenutku mi je rečeno da ako ne vidim novac za 48 sati da ih kontaktiram, pa iznenađenje, sada je 48 sati i nema novca! Možda će 6. put biti čar!? I trešnja na vrhu, ne možete koristiti nikakve besplatne okrete ili čipove koji su vam dati ako imate povlačenje na čekanju! Prilično sam siguran da namerno traju zauvek sa vašim povlačenjem, tako da se vi frustrirate i otkažete ga i vratite!
I have been waiting over a month for my withdrawal. A bitcoin withdrawal at that. I have contacted them 5 times, each time the person I talk to has no idea about what was done previously. I'm told over and over that my case is being "escalated" but the next person i speak to tells me it never was, and they will then escalate it. On top of that, the first time I contacted them after waiting 2 weeks, I'm told they needed some documents from me, which was never asked for during the withdrawal process. I contacted again to ask where to send the documents, and at that time im told i did not need to provide any documents as it was a bitcoin withdrawal! A week later I contact them again, I'm told I needed to provide documents and they have no idea why I was told I did not! I send the documents and a week later contact again; told they did not receive the documents but that was ok because they did not need any documents from me! 2 days ago, I contact again, told my case is being "escalated" again. I ask them what happened with the last "escalation". I was then told my documents were escalated, not my withdrawal. uhh what? After multiple times asking what this meant, I gave up trying to get an answer to that question. Told I did not need to submit documents still. So, I guess a document escalation means I no longer need to provide them!?At this point I'm told if I don't see the money in 48 hours to contact them, well surprise, it's now 48 hours and no money! Maybe the 6th time will be a charm!? AND the cherry on top, you cannot use any free spins or chips given to you if you have a pending withdrawal! I'm pretty sure they intentionally take forever with your withdrawal, so you get frustrated and cancel it and give it back!
