Planet 7 casino will be out of business in the very near future. If you win and submit a withdrawal request be aware it will take at least 17 business days to receive your funds. That is if you are using crypto currency. If you are a player who used a credit card, money order, wire transfer etc.. then you are in for an additional 10 business days minimum.

I get an email from planet 7 offering me a $273 free chip to come back and play with them. I had been a regular in the past and had a vip level 4 status. Probably played over $75k in the year I regularly played with them so they were definitely eager to get my business back. I let the VIP host know the reason I left was the withdrawal time. Didn’t want to have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive money I won. The promise was that they have now incorparated the crypto option and withdrawl times are very quick etc.. So I gave it a shot, I played the free chip, I rolled it over 60x the chip value which is no small feat in itself. Max cash out was $500 usd and so I submitted my withdrawal request to be payed via bitcoin. After a few days, contacted my host to get an update and was told he personally contacted the finance dept and it should be approved very soon. Flash forward to July 17th and I finally received word it was approved. Now keep in mind that approved is planet 7 speak for your money is not on the way but rather you are in que to be paid. The eta for that is another 7-10 business days. It’s so unbelievable they are still in business it blows my mind. I play at 6-7 others and they all pay out immediately when you submit a withdrawal request. There is no reason they can’t pay instantly like the rest, they simply choose not to do so. Probably park money in other interest rate accounts, wait for crypto prices to dip then pay out a bunch of requests at a cheaper price etc.. All I’m saying is that there can’t be a single player out there who is ok with waiting this long to receive money from a good day playing at the casino. If you have to wait more than 30 min nowadays that’s too long. So to think people will be ok with 3-4 weeks is truly insane. Just wanted to let any new players out there know to stay away from this casino unless you don’t care about receiving your payouts for a month after you submit your withdrawal.
