10. juna sam podneo povlačenje za 100 dolara. Sedam radnih dana kasnije, 20., otkazan je jer su želeli da verifikuju moju bitkoin adresu. Nakon što sam to verifikovao kod agenta za ćaskanje za podršku, ponovo sam podneo svoje povlačenje od 100 USD.
Od sada, ne računajući vikende, čekam danima. Uključujući i vikende, čekam 21 dan.
Ja sam igrač koji deponuje, a moja verifikacija i dokumenti su odobreni mesecima pre mog povlačenja. Znao sam da tamo povlačenja nisu bila trenutna kao u kazinu kao što je brango, ali sam takođe vrlo detaljno pročitao tamošnje uslove i uslove i bio sam u redu sa onim što je navedeno kao standardni vremenski okvir. Ali kada sam podneo svoje povlačenje, pisalo je da ću dobiti svoja sredstva u roku od pet radnih dana. Poslao sam taj snimak ekrana u razgovoru za podršku, ali nije bilo dobro. Nije ih bilo briga. Samo sam stalno ponavljao standardna vremena.

Jedan od poslednjih agenata za podršku sa kojima sam razgovarao, Trejsi, ponovo me je pitao za moju bitkoin adresu. Poslao sam i pitao zašto. Rekla je da je to zato što pre nego što se povlačenje može odobriti, kripto adresa mora biti dva puta verifikovana putem ćaskanja podrške. Pa zašto to nije u Uputstvima? Zašto mi pola tuceta drugih agenata podrške to nije reklo ili zatražilo? Onda kada zatražim da razgovaram sa menadžerom, odbijen sam.
Konačno, danas sam razgovarao sa menadžerom po imenu Anabel. Bila je najdraža sa kojom sam razgovarao, ali još uvek čekam. Rekla mi je da se vratim u ponedeljak da vidim da li je odobreno i takođe mi je rekla da je poslala e-poštu timu za povlačenje da to eskalira. Dakle, ponedeljak će biti ukupno 24 dana čekanja na moje povlačenje 100 dolara. Pa ćemo videti.
Ali sve u svemu, ne bih preporučio da trošite svoj novac na Slots of Vegas. Oni se ne pridržavaju sopstvenih T&C-a, tako da to sve čini izuzetno teškim, i svaki put kada vam agent za podršku nešto kaže, to je uvek drugačije od prethodnog i nikada nije istinito.
Za sada, zaista mislim da neće isplatiti moje povlačenje. Ali videćemo u ponedeljak. Ažuriraću ovu recenziju sa svim izmenama ako ih ima.
Tako da je danas, 7/3/23, moje povlačenje konačno odobreno. Sada podrška kaže da sada moram da čekam još 10 dana da zaista pošalju sredstva u moj Bitcoin novčanik. 🤦🏼♀ Smh.

On June 10th I submitted a withdrawal for $100. Seven business days later, on the 20th, it was cancelled due to them wanting to verify my bitcoin address. After verifying it with a support chat agent, I resubmitted my $100 withdrawal.
As of now, not including weekends, I have been waiting for days. Including weekends, I have been waiting for 21 days.
I am a depositing player, and my verification and documents were approved months prior to my withdrawal. I knew there withdrawals were not instant like casinos like brango, but I had also very thoroughly read there T&Cs and was okay with what was stated as the standard time frame. But when I submitted my withdrawal, it said I would get my funds within five business days. I have sent support chat that screenshot but it did no good. They didn't care. Just kept repeating there standard times.
There is absolutely ZERO email communication whatsoever. The only reason I even found out that my withdrawal had been cancelled is because I logged in to check the status of it. If I didn't do that, I would have never known.
One of the last support agents I talked to, Tracy, had asked me for my bitcoin address again. I sent it and asked why. She said that it's because before a withdrawal can be approved, the crypto address has to be verified twice thru support chat. Well why isn't that in the T&Cs? Why didn't the half a dozen other support agents tell me that or ask for it? Then when I ask to speak with a manager, I'm denied one.
Finally, today, I chatted with a manager by the name of Anabelle. She was the nicest one I talked to but I'm still at a waiting standstill. She told me to come back on Monday to see if it's been approved and also told me that she emailed the withdrawal team to escalate it. So Monday will be a total of 24 days waiting on my $100 withdrawal. So we shall see.
But all in all, I would not recommend spending your money on Slots of Vegas. They do not abide by there own T&Cs so it makes everything extremely difficult, and everytime a support agent tells you something, it's always different from the previous one, and never truthful.
As of now, I really don't think they're going to payout my withdrawal. But we shall see come Monday. I will update this review with any changes if there are any.
So today, 7/3/23, my withdrawal was finally approved. Now support is saying that I now have to wait another 10 days for them to actually send the funds to my Bitcoin wallet. 🤦🏼♀️ Smh.
