OK so my first withdrawal, they asked for verification which went smoothly. Withdrawal was canceled. They told me it was gigadat that had an issue. I threatened to leave bad reviews then a couple of hours later I received my withdrawal. I played again and requested a withdrawal. Canceled Again gigadat . Tried to withdraw a second time, canceled. They tell me gigadat seems to be having a problem with interac transfers or it might be the bank I deal with. I've been getting my withdrawal from other casinos into this same bank for a long time with no issues from gigadat. Now I'm onto my 3rd request for my withdrawal, still processing. No reply yet after a few emails sent. I'm angry. Every time I put in a request there is a 48 hour wait. It's been almost a week. I know they prefer I cancel my withdrawal and spend it but I refuse to do this. If a casino is so willing to take your money and that person wins from the deposited money then pay up !!!! Don't make your players run in circles to get their winnings. That will cause bad reviews and closed accounts. I just want my winnings so I can close this account. Too much of a hassle with Space Lilly Casino.
Since this casino keeps telling me it's Gigadat that cancels my withdrawals ,I contacted them and they told me they can't cancel my withdrawal without my consent so..... SpaceLilly is definitely lying to me and just won't pay me my winnings which I won using MY money because I never accept bonuses from casinos when I deposit. If I was angry before I'm furious now.
