Osvojio sam mali iznos ovde, brzo isplaćen. Zatim, 3. januara 2026. godine, osvojio sam džekpot od 20.000 funti. Od tada sam primio 2 uplate od 500 funti na svoj bankovni račun. U ćaskanju uživo vam kažem isto. Budite strpljivi. Obratio sam se finansijskom timu. Podrška vam takođe kaže da ne brinete, vaš novac je bezbedan. Imamo veliki broj zahteva za povlačenje, čekate na odgovor ako i kada zaista odgovore. Savetovao bih ljudima da se drže podalje od ovog kazina.
Ažuriranje: Kazino je danas otkazao jedno od mojih povlačenja od 500 funti bez mog pristanka. Odmah sam ponovo zatražio. Druga dva su i dalje „U pregledu" posle 13 dana. Čini mi se kao da pokušavaju da me nateraju da vratim svoj dobitak.
Ažuriranje Kazino je obradio jedan iznos od 500 funti, ali sada u imejlovima sugeriše da će ostale obrađivati samo 3 dana odjednom. Ovo je jasna taktika da se odloži isplata mog punog verifikovanog stanja od preko 18.000 funti. Držim svoj spor otvorenim i aktivnim dok se puni iznos ne reši.
Ažuriranje 6/4/26
Danas sam imao još jednu isplatu. Nije stigla do moje banke, ali je državni praznik, još 2 odobrena i dalje se obrađuju. To su dobre vesti, iako sam dobio imejl putem žalbe u kojem su poricali ko sam i imejl jutros u kojem su mi rekli da slobodno otkažem isplate kao da je tako. Nastaviću da ažuriram dok ne završim sa svim dobicima.
Ažuriranje (utorak): Dve isplate od po 500 funti su sada uspešno stigle na moj bankovni račun. Još uvek čekam da stigne treća „Završena" uplata i podneo sam novi zahtev. Držaću ovaj spor otvorenim dok ne stigne poslednjih 500 funti iz ove grupe i dok se ne obradi ostatak mog duga.
Ažuriranje: Sva 3 čekajuća povlačenja su danas završena i stigla su u moju banku. Sada sam zatražio sledeće povlačenje. Veoma sam zadovoljan današnjim napretkom i održavaću ovaj spor aktivnim dok nastavljam da podižem preostali iznos.
Nedeljno ažuriranje: Prošlo je 6 dana od mog poslednjeg uspešnog isplaćivanja. Trenutno imam 3 x 500 funti na čekanju „U pregledu" bez ikakvog pomeranja. Danas sam kontaktirao finansijski tim da zatražim da se ovi obradi, jer prethodna brzina nije održana.
Samo bih želeo da dodam nešto u današnje ažuriranje, nakon što sam poslao imejl podršci, sada su me obavestili o uslovima i odredbama 6.14.

Ovo je imejl koji sam primio, imajući u vidu da sam već imao nekoliko isplata, pa kako sada mogu da promene igru, ne razumem. Nisam dobio odgovor otkako sam primio ovaj imejl.
Današnje ažuriranje
Danas sam dobio imejl od Ejmi, prilično zbunjujući, u kojem piše da je čekanje na isplatu od 9. aprila zbog procesa verifikacije. Ne znam zašto, odjednom, pošto sam potpuno verifikovan i već sam primio deo svojih dobitaka, ovaj kazino samo pravi svoja pravila da bi zadržao moj dobitak. Nastaviću da ažuriram.

3 povlačenja završena od 9./10./11. Trebalo im je vremena, ali su konačno urađena. Još 2 zahtevana, uskoro ću ažurirati.

Prošlo je više od nedelju dana otkako sam primio bilo kakvu promenu na svom računu. Nadao sam se da će do danas biti završeno još isplata, ali ništa. Dobio sam imejl 26.04., odgovor od 21.04. Ažuriraću informacije o završenoj isplati, nadam se.
Ažuriranje od 27.04.: Danas su odobrene/završene još 3 uplate. Sada dobro napreduje.

Update: The casino cancelled one of my £500 withdrawals today without my consent. I have re-requested it immediately. The other two are still 'Under Review' after 13 days. It feels like they are trying to get me to play back my winnings."
Update The casino has processed one £500 but is now suggesting in emails that they will only process the others 3 days at a time. This is a clear tactic to delay paying out my full verified balance of over £18,000. I am keeping my dispute open and active until the full amount is settled."

Ive had another withdrawal completed today . Not hit my bank but it is Bank Holiday another 2 approved still processing. It's good news although had email through my complaint denying who I was and email this morning telling me feel free to cancel my withdrawals as if . I shall keep updating until all my winnings are completed
Update (Tuesday): Two of the £500 withdrawals have now successfully hit my bank account. I am still waiting for the third 'Completed' payment to arrive and have submitted a new request. I will keep this dispute open until the final £500 of this batch arrives and the rest of my balance is processed."
Update: All 3 pending withdrawals were completed today and have arrived in my bank. I have now requested my next withdrawal. I am very pleased with today's progress and will keep this dispute active while I continue to withdraw the remaining balance
Weekly Update: It has been 6 days since my last successful withdrawals. I currently have 3 x £500 pending 'Under Review' with no movement. I have contacted the finance team today to request that these are processed, as the previous speed has not been maintained

Which states the company can take as long as they please to process withdrawals

This is email I received taking into consideration ive already had a few withdrawals so how they can change the play now I don't understand ive had no reply since receiving this email

Had email from Amy today quite confusing saying that withdrawal waiting from 9th April is due to verification process i don't know why all of a sudden as im fully verified and already received some of my winnings this casino are just making their own rules to hold onto my winnings.
