BC.Game Casino Recenzija

Withdrawals went smoothly, and I especially appreciated that the casino doesn't charge a high fee for cryptocurrency withdrawals. I also had to contact support several times; I wrote to them three times in total, and they always responded quickly and clearly, so I have no complaints there.
I'm more of a slots player; I hardly ever go into sports betting. There are quite a few slots here, lots of providers, and it's easy to find the game you're looking for. I usually play at night, so the site's dark theme is perfect for me; at least it doesn't strain my eyes as much.
I also liked the bonus system; there are good offers for first deposits, the percentages are decent, and the wagering requirements are quite reasonable. Of course, not all slots allow you to play with bonus funds, but I'm used to that; almost all casinos have those restrictions.
So far I'm happy with the casino, especially because of the variety of games and because I don't have to spend much time talking to support. It's great when everything works as it should.

I've been playing at BcGame for about two years now; it all started with slots, which was all I played at first. I tried several games until I settled on Hacksaw and Nolimit City, and I've spent so many hours on Le Bandit that I've lost count. When I won and went to withdraw for the first time, they asked me to verify my account; I did, and that was that. Since then, withdrawals have always been processed in under an hour. So, if a session is going well, I withdraw some of my winnings and leave the rest to keep playing. At first, I felt a bit lost with all the games and promotions, but in a few days, I figured out where everything was, and now I even check out the live casino from time to time.

I play on Bc.game from time to time. Sometimes I play a few evenings in a row, then don't even think about it for a whole week. I usually keep my bets around $2-3 max, because I already know what happens when I start raising them after a couple of losses.

For a long time I didn't hit anything big here. Sometimes I'd turn $40 into $80, but then end up losing almost all of it. One day I deposited $70 and for about 40 minutes nothing was going my way, mostly just losing.

Then I switched to Hacksaw slots, lowered my bet to less than $1 and after around 20 spins I hit a bonus worth $4000. Left a little to keep playing and withdrew most of it in crypto. Got the money, and as it turned out, they didn't even ask for verification.

bcgame is still one of my favorite casinos. There are losing sessions too, but sometimes you get some really nice wins, just depends on how it goes.

At first, I thought I'd finally found the casino I'd always been looking for... the one that constantly gives you bonuses. But my enthusiasm quickly turned to a bitter taste, anger, and helplessness. After three days, they showed their true colors by unfairly canceling my account. When I emailed them, they never replied, and don't even get me started on their WhatsApp support—they blocked me! I'm still waiting for help because they stole 10,000 MXN from me, and I'm still waiting for a response from anyone who can help me. They just blocked me unfairly, so I absolutely do not recommend them. It's a total scam... blatant robbery. 💔

What impressed me most about BC.Game isn't just the games, but also the simplicity of the bonus section. It's quite easy to understand what offers are available and how to claim them, without any unnecessary complications regarding terms and conditions.
Payments are also very convenient. All the methods I know are available, and personally, I'm most interested in the cryptocurrency options.
Overall, I find BC.Game to be a clear and user-friendly platform, where you don't have to waste much time getting familiar with either the bonuses or the other sections of the website.

I signed up at bc.game and decided to use the 120% welcome bonus with 100 free spins right away. I managed to complete the bonus requirements and then requested a withdrawal.
I deposited with crypto and everything went through without any problems, almost instantly. I also withdrew in crypto, and the speed was a nice surprise, the whole process took no more than 10 minutes. Honestly, I expected to wait much longer.
I also had a chance to contact support. At first I couldn't find where my free spins were, so I messaged them and they quickly explained where to look. The site itself is easy to use and pretty straightforward, so I didn't have to spend much time figuring out the different sections.
I haven't really found any serious downsides for myself so far. I would just like to see more of the slots I usually play, since I couldn't find some games here, for example Dog House. Maybe it depends on the region or a specific section, but overall the game selection is pretty good.
So far my first experience has been good. I figured out the bonus, already had a chance to test the support, got my money, so now I'll see how bc.game performs with more regular play.

BC.Game has worked quite well for me so far. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the variety of games, and they also frequently have promotions, so there's always something new to check out.

That said, I don't activate all the offers because some bonus terms aren't immediately clear. Aside from that, I appreciate having enough variety to switch between different types of games when I get bored with one. Even when I'm not having much luck, I can usually try something else instead of spending all night on the same slot machine.

I’ve been waiting over a month for my withdrawal now, and it’s still not processed. My account is verified and all required documents were submitted, so there’s no clear reason for the delay.

What makes it worse is the communication. My emails are being ignored, and support doesn’t give any real answers. No updates, no timeline, just silence.

This kind of experience really hurts trust. If a casino can’t handle payouts properly, that’s a serious problem.

1. They have fake responsible gaming options. Their loss and wager limits DO NOT WORK. You can set them at any amount you want, and they will never get triggered; you'll still be able to lose any amount. They refuse to acknowledge and fix this. You can try for yourself.

2. By far, the worst bonus system I've ever seen in 10 years. Weekly and monthly cashback, which you unlock after playing for a while, give you around 0.03% of your wager. The rest of the bonus before VIP 22 is basically non-existent.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I made two withdrawal request.. First one was processed and money was transferred to my account but to my surprise after two days same money was taken out of my account stating it was a wrong account transfer. Money Lost.. On raising the ticket, it was closed immediately stating money is been transferred and no further submissions are allowed.. However no one reviewed what the case was... In the transaction receipt too attached by them in they attached a transaction receipt of some other player.

Within two days the incident happened unfortunately I continued playing and made another withdrawal request and withdrawal wa marked successful within hours however it's been 10 days and I have not seen the money in my account..

Two withdrawals amount to 50K INR which I don't care now much and have put it in the lost bucket.

Please note if you want to play at this SITE do not go by positive reviews... JUST DO NOT PLAY...I am sharing my personal experience who holds top tier VIP level at most of the gambling sites... They literally have no support.. You cannot reopen the ticket which is closed by them... They do not respond to emails being sent.. So once your money is stuck it's stuck forever...

Specially for INDIAN players who deposit money through UPI and use same method for withdrawals stay away from bc.game...

I received a 200 yen no deposit bonus by email. I was lucky enough to make a profit of 9,000 yen on the slots. I tried to find the bonus conditions for the no deposit bonus by email, but I couldn't find them. The chat doesn't respond. I had no choice but to play the slots more than 50 times the bonus amount, but I still didn't cash out. I've given up. I haven't even made a deposit, so I'm giving up. This is a very malicious casino.

I lost my entire balance at BC.Game due to a critical failure of their Responsible Gambling tools. After setting a $60 daily loss limit to protect myself during a 24-hour withdrawal lock, I was still able to lose $1,661 in minutes. The system only notified me after my balance dropped to $2.60—far beyond the set limit.

Support later confirmed the limit was active and should have stopped further bets. I’ve submitted documentation, including chat transcripts and screenshots, and requested a refund of the excess losses. So far, support has ignored my follow-ups.

Offering loss limits that don’t work puts players at serious risk. Until BC.Game fixes this, I cannot recommend the platform.

I first deposited 20 euros on April 22nd, 2025 but my money had not been credited to my casino account. When I contacted the support team 24 hours later, they said I had to deposit another 80 because the minimum deposit is 100 euros and then it would be processed. I then asked again to be sure and was told I should only deposit 80 and then both amounts would be processed and the money would be credited to my casino account within 24 hours and 100 euros would be there (20 for the first deposit and 80 for the second). On April 29th, 2025, I deposited 80 euros when they said again on April 29th, 2025 that I should pay another 80. But today is May 3rd, 2025 and the money is still not in my account and hasn't been returned. The support team has kept me waiting in the chat for hours and I've sent all the screenshots 20 times and they always say they're working on it but nothing else.

I can't say anything positive about this casino.

On March 23, 2025, I deposited €110 via LTC, which has not arrived yet.

I have since been told that the money was unfortunately credited to the wrong account and is gone.

If you have any questions, I can provide written evidence.

Support writes me the same nonsense every day.

I was supposed to submit a refund request on March 26, 2025.

I have done this too, to date, without any success.

No matter how you look at it, it's fraud and has nothing to do with seriousness.

BC Game never again!!!

Poor support
Deposit is not made or is credited to the wrong account.

Something like this has never happened to me in 4 years of online casino.

I would also like to add that support continues to put me off.
Today I was told that my money was simply gone and there would be no refund.

Keep your money or deposit at casinos that are trustworthy and not such scams.

To be honest, they stole my money.
Revolut Bank has confirmed it in writing and digitally.

The transfer has been received into their account.
They even got the response but my money couldn't be found.

I'll never pay there again.
Simply fraud, there is nothing more to say.....

For all the features that BC Game provided it's nice and good but no hurt feeling BC; I've been your loyal user for around 2 years but recently around 2-3 months before, your house edge is really questionable. It looks like my percentage of winning at your site really decrease a lot.. I mean really a lot that my bankroll is broke really bad and it's not just my experience but also other users from my region. Maybe I will stop playing for a while at your site until it get fixed.

Almost forgot one thing, I saw that there's a lot of users complaint about Fiat deposit pending, maybe you should fix that as soon as possible because it keeps happening again and again.

I’ve come to really dislike this casino. Everything about its operations is unnecessarily complicated and at the end of the day , you don’t get much. They have multiple proprietary casino tokens (why so many? Who knows!) which bonuses are granted in but then they lock the bonus funds in some "bank" and disbursed gradually in small amounts based on wagering which completely negates the benefit of a receiving a bonus which is having an increased base amount so you can make higher wagers. I guess the one benefit is your deposit funds aren’t locked while you wager the bonus funds but if you don’t have access to the bonus funds then why any bonus at all? Then there’s all sorts of little frustrations. On my profile page it says my account balance is x amount of dollars but my wallet says it’s y amount of dollars and when I tried to ask support what the discrepancy is I have to wait 30 minutes for someone to respond and the first 10 responses I get from the customer service rep is copy-and-pasted boilerplate information about completely unrelated topics. Maybe a robot? Maybe the casino is so confusing even support has no idea how anything works? I finally get them to comment on my actual query and their response is for me to "just ignore" the higher account balance and then spew out a few nonsensical words that resemble a sentence but actually means nothing. This sort of interaction is what I experience whenever I ask support for help - which is a lot because so much about how the casino operates is a mystery and the website has so many information gaps.. despite being one of the most dense casino sites I’ve ever visited.

I have had a few decent wins here but the overall user experience is so frustrating and the bonuses are so measly (don’t even get me started on the weekly and monthly cashback ) that it’s so not worth it . If you’re looking for crypto casino I recommend gamdon, mega dice, jackbit or fairspin instead. And bc game, I have one recommendation: learn how to edit . Sometimes less is more
