Moje iskustvo sa BDMBet-om je bilo veoma razočaravajuće.
Zatražio/la sam povlačenje 1500 CAD nakon što sam u potpunosti verifikovao/la svoj nalog (pasoš, dokaz o depozitu, dokaz o adresi, imejl i broj telefona). U početku je podrška potvrdila da je moj nalog u potpunosti verifikovan i da će moje povlačenje biti obrađeno u roku od 24 sata. Ubrzo nakon toga, protivrečili su sami sebi, tvrdeći da je moj nalog „pod istragom", bez navođenja bilo kakvog razloga ili vremenskog okvira.
Moje povlačenje je jednom otkazano bez objašnjenja, a više puta su mi traženi dodatni dokumenti koje sam već podneo. Uprkos ispunjavanju svih uslova za klađenje (čak sam uložio i više nego što je potrebno, što je dokazano sistemom poena za reba), moje povlačenje je i dalje blokirano.
Ovakvo ponašanje je neprihvatljivo za licencirani kazino. Ljubazno molim CasinoGuru da mi pomogne da dobijem svoj zakoniti dobitak.
Ažuriranje (30. avgust 2025):
Nakon što sam dostavio sva tražena dokumenta (uključujući 3 platne liste), BDMBet je sada trajno zatvorio moj nalog dok je isplata od 1500 CAD još uvek bila u toku. Pozvali su se samo na „Uslove i odredbe" bez navođenja ikakvog razloga. Ovo je zloupotreba i zatvaranje naloga kako bi se izbegla isplata. Ovaj slučaj sam prijavio licenciranju Kurasaoa.
My experience with BDMBet has been very disappointing.
I requested a withdrawal of 1500 CAD after fully verifying my account (passport, proof of deposit, proof of address, email, and phone number). At first, support confirmed that my account was fully verified and that my withdrawal would be processed within 24 hours. Shortly after, they contradicted themselves, claiming that my account was "under investigation" without providing any reason or timeframe.
My withdrawal was cancelled once without explanation, and I was repeatedly asked for additional documents that I had already submitted. Despite fulfilling all wagering requirements (I even wagered more than required, as proven by the Reba points system), my withdrawal is still blocked.
This behaviour is unacceptable for a licensed casino. I kindly ask CasinoGuru to assist me in getting my rightful winnings paid.
Update (30 August 2025):
After submitting all requested documents (including 3 payslips), BDMBet has now permanently closed my account while a withdrawal of 1500 CAD was still pending. They only referred to "Terms & Conditions" without giving any reason. This is an abusive account closure to avoid payment. I have escalated this case to Curaçao Licensing.
