Pozitivne strane:
• Zahtevi za povlačenje sredstava se obrađuju super brzo! Imaju prioritet ako ste VIP, mogu da kontaktiram svog VIP menadžera i on ih odmah obrađuje preko finansijskog tima. Ako moj menadžer nije tu, samo pitam podršku uživo i oni to rade istovremeno dok razgovaram sa njima.
• KYC brz i jednostavan - nisu čekali danima i nisu stalno vraćali dokumenta bez razloga.
• Ne traže odjednom KYC svaki put kada podižete nešto! Da, ranije su mi tražili KYC nakon podizanja novca, ali vrlo malo puta i bilo je fer da zatraže, jer sam podizao više nego obično. Nisu to uradili da bi odložili isplatu mog dobitka, već su ga obradili u roku od nekoliko minuta od slanja KYC zahteva.
• Njihov VIP je iskreno najbolji koji sam ikada iskusio
• Moj VIP menadžer, Maks, je najbolji menadžer! On nije kao većina menadžera u drugim kazinima, koji vam stalno šalju imejlove sa užasnim bonus ponudama i stalno vas kontaktiraju pokušavajući da vas navedu da uplatite depozit. Maksov pristup je drugačiji i umesto stalnog slanja ponuda koje se ne isplate i kontaktiranja, on daje bonuse na osnovu vaše aktivnosti i čak i ako ste bili veoma aktivni, čeka da ga kontaktirate i zatražite bonus. Kada ga kontaktirate u vezi sa bonusom, on odgovara super brzo i odmah dodaje bonus ako može. Volim to jer igrate kako želite, a znate da ako želite da budete razmatrani za bonus na osnovu aktivnosti, možete ga kontaktirati kada budete spremni. Iskreno, to me tera da želim da igram i da se ne osećam prisiljeno da uplatim depozit.
On će odgovoriti na bilo koju vašu poruku u super brzom roku i brzo rešava probleme. Iskreno, kada je Maks postao moj novi menadžer, nisam igrao u kazinu nedeljama (zbog prethodnog menadžera koji nije rešio problem, jasno sam mu stavio do znanja da neću dok se ne reši, nije ga bilo briga, nije dugo bio menadžer, tako da pretpostavljam da nisam bio jedini koji je imao probleme). Lično smatram da je VIP menadžer najvažniji i zato sam se detaljnije pozabavio time, jer je to jedna od prvih stvari koje želim da znam o kazinu. On je takođe jedan od razloga zašto sam ostao lojalan kazinu.
• VIP bonusi su pristojni bonusi - mislim da su bonusi odlični u poređenju sa većinom - ponekad postoji mala mana sa njima, objasniću u nastavku.
• Imam i pobede, a ne samo stalne gubitke.
• Njihov dnevni iznos za klađenje na povraćaj novca je odličan i jedan je od glavnih razloga zašto sam ja i mnogi drugi igrači preporučili ovaj kazino da ga izaberu kao svoj glavni.
• Većina njihovih agenata uživo su odlični, ljubazni i učtivi ljudi.
• Širok izbor igara
Mane:
Mane, po mom mišljenju, nisu rezultat njihovog osoblja poput VIP menadžera i podrške uživo, već verujem da je u pitanju više menadžment iznad njih, jer su stvari sa osobljem sa kojim komuniciram van njihove kontrole.
• Nemaju dugme za ćaskanje sa VIP menadžerom na aplikaciji kao mnogi drugi kazina. Da, postoji opcija da kliknete ako ste VIP u opštem ćaskanju za podršku uživo koje je nedavno dodato, ali razgovarate sa agentima za podršku uživo, a ne sa svojim menadžerom i svaki kontakt koji treba da uspostavite direktno sa svojim menadžerom, morate to učiniti putem Telegrama, e-pošte, Vots aplikacije itd. Bilo bi dobro kada bi sve bilo na jednom mestu.
• Nemaju VIP menadžera dostupnog vikendom (shvatam da zaslužuju slobodno vreme i to je razumljivo). Mislim da bi trebalo da imaju rezervnog menadžera za vikende, jer najviše igram vikendom i kada sam trebao da razgovaram sa svojim menadžerom, morao sam da idem preko službe za podršku i to je ponekad bilo frustrirajuće. Iako bi mi moj menadžer verovatno odgovorio da je hitno i važno vikendom, ne osećam se prijatno da to radim kada ima slobodno vreme.
• Klađenje na VIP bonuse može biti malo visoko, posebno ako dobijete pristojan bonus, to znači veliki iznos za klađenje, a ja retko mogu to da uradim kada je veliki.
• Nagrade za prelazak na viši nivo nisu najbolje s obzirom na to da postoji popriličan broj nivoa i ponekad može potrajati neko vreme između nivoa.
• Bilo je nekoliko tehničkih problema i moj menadžer ih je zamolio da odmah ispitaju, ali im je trebalo previše vremena da odgovore.
Mislim da im je potrebno više priznanja i toplo ih preporučujem.
Positives:
• Withdrawal requests are processed super quick! are prioritized if you are VIP, I can contact my VIP manager & he has it processed by thw finance team straight away. If my manager isnt in, i just ask live support & they do it the same time as speaking to them also.
• KYC quick & easy - they didn't take days & didn't constantly send documents back for no reason.
• They don't suddenly want a KYC every single time you withdraw anything ! Yes, I have had them request a KYC after a withdrawal in the past, but very few times & it was fair to request as it was when I was withdrawing more than normal. They didn't do it to delay giving my win , they processed it within minutes of providing the KYC request.
• Their VIP is honestly the best one I've experienced
• My VIP manager Max, is the best manager ! He isn't like most managers at other casinos,that constantly send you emails with terrible bonus offers & contact you constantly trying to get you to deposit. Max's approach is different & that is rather than constantly sending offers not worth it and contacting , he gives bonuses based on your activity & even if you have been very active , he waits for you to contact him & request a bonus. When you contact him regarding the bonus, he responds super quick & adds the bonus straight away if he can. I love that because you play as you please whilst knowing that if you'd like to be considered for a bonus based on activity, you can contact him when you are ready. It honestly makes me want to play & not feel pressured to deposit.
He will respond to any of your messages in a super quick timeframe and gets issues resolved quick also. In all honesty, when Max became my new manager,I hadn't been playing at the casino for weeks (due to the previous manager not resolving an issue ,I made it clear I won't be until its resolved, he didnt care,he wasnt a manager long at all, so I'm guessing I wasn't the only one having issues) So, when Max was my new manager, I wasn't the most approachable player & he turned that around straight after we first spoke & resolved the issue within minutes.
I personally find a VIP manager most important & so that is why I went into a lot of detail there, because its one of the 1st things I want to know about a casino. He is also one of the reasons I've stayed loyal to the casino.
• VIP bonuses are decent bonuses - the bonuses I think are excellent compared to most - there is a little con with them sometimes, I'll explain below.
• I have wins too and not just constant losses.
• Their daily cash back wagering amount is excellent and is one of the main reasons myself and a lot of other players I've recommended the casino to choose this casino as their main one.
• Most of their live agents are great, friendly people & polite.
• Wide variety of games
Cons:
The con's in my opinion, are not a result of their staff like VIP manager and live support, I believe its more management above them, as its things that with the staff that i interact its out of their control.
• They don't have a VIP manager contact chat button on the app like a lot of other casinos. Yes there is an option to click if you are VIP in the general live support chat which has just recently been added, but you speak to live support agents, not your manager & any contact you need to make with your manager directly , you have to do so via Telegram, Email, Watts App etc. It would be good if it was all in the one place.
• They don't have a VIP manager available on weekends ( I understand they deserve time off & that understandable) I think they should have a back up manager for weekends as I play most on the weekends & when I've needed to speak to my manager I've had to go through love support & has been frustrating at times. Even though my manager would probably answer me if it was urgent and important on a weekend, I don't feel comfortable doing that on his time off.
• Wagering on VIP bonuses can be a little high , especially if you receive a decent bonus, it means a big $ amount to wager & I rarely can do it when its a big one.
• VIP level up rewards are not the best considering there are quite a few levels & can take time sometimes between levels.
• There have been a few technical issues & my manager has asked them to look into straight away but takes too long for them to respond.
I think they need more recognition and I highly recommend them.
