CasinOK Casino Recenzija

its an ok casino as it name says,
it has quite a lot games and cash outs with crypto are really fast.
Support also is decent and helpful most of the times just in some cases live chat may be busy.

if you play with control its a nice site, however there is no safe gambling, no limits self exclude etc, if someone passes the limits.
you can only close your account even from live chat or email.

even if you block for a period your account lets say a year they can reopen it if you say yes in live chat
(i made an experiment i got angry from an issue in the site(not gambling issue however never mentioned the reason i want to close my account if there is a problem or gambling issue on the live chat,i stated i want my account to stay blocked for 365 days ) i said i request my account to be closed for 365 days, after a few days i came to live chat and said i want to reopen my account, they said you have requested 365 days closure, are you sure you want to reopen it? i said yes and my account became active again just simple

My experience with Casinok.com has been consistently substandard and raises significant concerns regarding the platform's operational integrity. I am formally documenting these issues following an unresolved dispute regarding a substantial withdrawal and ongoing discrepancies concerning my account status.
Key Areas of Concern
Non-Payment of Winnings: I have experienced a direct refusal to honor withdrawal requests for legitimate winnings. In May 2025, the platform withheld a total of €6,500 from my balance without providing an adequate explanation or justification. These funds remain unrecovered, and I possess documented evidence supporting these claims.
Obfuscation of Records: The platform’s interface design—specifically the transactions and betting history pages—appears engineered to impede user oversight. The requirement to manually input a strict 20-day timeframe to locate account history is counterintuitive and creates an unnecessary barrier for users attempting to gather evidence of account activity or potential irregularities.
Arbitrary Account Management: Despite maintaining full compliance with the site’s Terms of Service, I have faced arbitrary restrictions. Most recently, I reached out to support regarding a discrepancy in my VIP progress. After submitting six separate inquiries over a three-day period, I received a vague notification citing a "company decision" regarding my ineligibility for VIP benefits, provided without any transparency or specific reasoning.
Conclusion
The combination of withheld funds, an intentionally opaque interface, and dismissive, non-transparent support communication suggests a platform operating in bad faith. I strongly advise potential users to exercise extreme caution when considering Casinok.com, as my experience indicates a failure to adhere to professional standards of service and financial accountability.

I play many sites before but CasinoK is my favorite now. The website is very clean and easy to use on my phone. I make deposit with Litecoin and it show up in 2 minutes, very fast. The best thing happened yesterday, I was playing Bottle Crush and I get a huge multiplier! I never see win like this before, my balance go up so much. I was worried about withdraw because it was big money, but they send to my wallet in less than 1 hour. No headache, no problems. If you want fast site that actually pay you when you win big, this is the one.

I've been playing for two days with a bonus, and the rollover amount was a little over $1000 USD. I think I've already exceeded it, but since I can't see my progress on the screen, I have to send an email or use their terrible chat service, which is incredibly slow. They must have the option on the website, but maybe it's a strategy, and they tell you how you're progressing, but I don't know how accurate it is. It's very concerning and leaves much to be desired.

No negatives for this casino. The site layout is easy to navigate which is useful because they have a ton of the best slot providers.

Great welcome package. I managed to wager through my second deposit bonus and had a nice four figure cashout that was credited to my crypto wallet within 15 mins of requesting it.

Withdrawal was super fast, like 5-10 minutes and no ID or document was needed. I was kinda surprised 😅 Most other sites always ask passport or something before giving money, but here it was smooth and easy.

Games are fun, bonuses are good, and the site works perfect on my phone too. Support also reply fast when I had a small question. Definitely recommend if you like crypto casinos with no stress.
