I had to send every possible type of shot and then had to get an email from Gigadat in the end. It’s not my fault if Scotiabank doesn’t allow a certain type of screenshot. After finally resolving everything, I decided to continuing playing there since I figured I’d been verified thoroughly, so the process for future withdrawals would be smooth. BUT a month or so later, I hit a win of a few thousand dollars, only to discover they wanted even more ID—this time a selfie of me holding my ID. I sent one, but it wasn’t good enough for them since not enough of my arm was showing! When that was all finally resolved, I learned I could withdraw only $750 per day! So it’s going to take me a week to withdraw portion by portion. Clearly this delay is a ploy in hopes that you’ll spend your money again in the meantime. That’s what the other complainant said happened—that person finally assumed they’d never get their money, so they gambled it and lost. Seems to me like a purposeful stall tactic that shouldn’t be allowed. I’ve won a few thousand at other places (such as Playamo) and managed to withdraw with no hassle at all. It looks like I’ll get my money eventually, so that’s good. But I can’t stand the constant treatment as if I’m trying to deceive them. They have no problem taking my money, so they should not hassle me when I withdraw by the same Interac process and account from which I deposited. Clearly a deposit of $100 is not an attempt to launder! And they can see what I’ve bet on what slot and what I won. So just send me the money I won without all the hassle that costs me hours of time writing emails, etc.
