Za početak, veb-sajt nije bio na engleskom. Zato sam tražio nešto što je ličilo na meni, pronašao i zatim uključio englesku opciju. Vrlo mali deo stranice je bio preveden, a prebacivanje napred-nazad nije ništa postiglo.
Nastavio sam, tačno sam pogodio da je dugme pored prijavljivanja za registraciju. Popunio sam obrazac, mada sam morao da pogađam koji format datuma da koristim jer nije bilo ničega što bi ukazivalo koji da koristim, npr. dan ili mesec prvo, i nije bilo ograničenja ni za jedan.
Na sledećem ekranu je traženo da mi se poruka pošalje na telefon, nakon što sam je uneo, sledeće dugme je bilo da završim registraciju. Međutim, pošto nisam primio OTP kod, nisam mogao to da uradim.
Onda sam primetio ikonu za podršku na dnu stranice i kliknuo za pomoć; iskačući prozor nije bio na engleskom, pretpostavio sam da žele moje ime, a automatsko popunjavanje mi je reklo da unesem svoj broj telefona ispod toga, pa sam to i uradio. Ali naravno, ovo nije bila osoba iz podrške koja govori engleski. Uneo sam probleme što jednostavnije sam mogao - počevši od očiglednog jezičkog problema, i čekao odgovor. I čekao sam. Na kraju sam odustao, ali mislim da sam se prilično potrudio.
I zato je ocena koju sam mu dao takva kakva jeste.
To start, the website wasn't in English. So I looked for something that looked like a menu, found and then turned on the English option. Very little of the page was translated, and switching back and forth didn't achieve anything.
I pressed on, correctly guessed the button next to the log in was to sign up. Completed the form, although had to guess what date format to use as there was nothing to indicate which to use eg day or month first, and no limit set to either.
The next screen asked for the otp sent to my phone, once entered the next button was to complete sign up. However as I didn't receive the otp code I wasn't able to do that.
I then noted the support icon at the foot of the page and clicked for assistance; the pop up was not in English, guessed they wanted my name and auto fill told me to enter my phone number under that so I did. But of course this wasn't an English speaking support person. I entered the problems as basically as I could word them - starting with the obvious language issue, and waited for a reply. And waited. I gave up in the end, but I think I made a pretty good effort.
And that's why the rating I've given it is what it is.
