Terrible casino, i deposited $100AUD to this casino through the payid option, it was taken from my bank immediately (not pending) and was not credited to account, the site claims 24/7 customer service but only has live chat after 6pm otherwise it will just send someone an email (has not responded to any email in over 48hrs, have sent multiple requests and even written one to support about this issue) when finally getting through to live chat was told to wait 24hrs. Did that and came back to then be told they have sent my enquiry to the financial team and ill receive an email of the result, as stated before i havent received any email yet about any enquiry so i doubt ill receive anything. I dare say ive most likely lost my $100 without even any gameplay, let alone the hundreds i deposited fine before the failed credit.
The casino will also randomly activate bonus cash of $2 or $5 with 40x wagering requirement without letting you know (for non experienced players every casino has a maximum you are allowed to bet when bonus money is in play otherwise winnings are void, this casino says $5 bets, so if you are betting higher than that without knowing its even activated, (this included buying the features) there goes any possible winnings being able to be withdrawn.
I even had won a feature, closed my phone to make a coffee to open it back up to find no feature and just went back to the game like i didnt get it, no other casino i have played has done this.
Im going to try my hardest to retreive the 100 back as a refund to my bank instead, will update the review if its returned to me
