Thank you for your reply. Clearly some casinos are good for you in this and some in something else. 

As far as bonuses are concerned, I've encountered this several times with other players and it's becoming more and more common. Of course, in my opinion, such offers shouldn't be sent to players who can't take them, it seems like a kind of misleading to me.
