Is anyone able to confirm this for me. When receiving a free bonus or any bonus really. There comes playthrough and sometimes a cashout limit. Say someone redeems a bonus for $20 and it comes with a 40X wager requirement and a $100 cashout limit. Now you get down to $0.76. Is that bonus lost and with it the plauthrough and cashout limit?

From my experience it is. For a few reasons, the main one being once under $1 online casinos then let you make a deposit to your account. Something you can not do with a balance over $1. And definitely while in the middle of a bonus. If you decide to deposit while having $.75 left from a bonus. That deposit does not inherit that wager requirement and cashout limit.

Now does the same apply if don't deposit. Go under $1. Does your playthrough requirement and cashout limit go away with the "loss" of that bonus.

I am currently in the middle of a situation with casino extreme again and I have had just that happen. I redeemed a daily free spin bonus and won $10 or something... can't remember exact amount. But I had a playthrough with a cashout limit. I went under $1 and ended up hitting and getting up to $467. Now when look at my playthrough according to casino extreme themselves it is at $0 as can see in this screenshot. But they saying I have a playthrough and a cashout limit. I don't agree. What says everyone?file

What I do with n this situation is when I go down to an Amount that is not playable is I ask the casino to clear the wagering to make sure that the wagering is not carried forward to the next deposit that way you can be certain

Hello,

this is very tricky because the bonus is still running. But I'd say that no deposit bonus ends the moment you get to zero. It would be wise to deposit after the bonus has ended.

Just imagine that in RTP based casino, you have to place a withdrawal immediately after the wagering is done just to make sure that the bonus has ended and you will not get stripped of your possible future winnings.

So I'd say that what nigeljc suggested is a very good idea in general.

What you described can get you into a very unlucky situation and unfortunately I've already seen numerous cases where a player play a slot where the min. wager was let's say 0.20 and the player had only 0.12 on the account. So the player made a deposit in order to continue playing. The player won, but they wanted to pay him only 100, because of the max. withdrawal rule that applies to bonuses. The bonus was still active due to the 12 cents on the player's account.

Of course, it's unfair, but some casinos can do this to you.
