My name is Konstantinos and I am a player at 3 different casinos on the site. I know the terms and conditions of each casino very well since I have been in others for years.

However, what happened to me was the first time.

I made a deposit of 500 euros on bit*Starz casino and gave me a bonus of 200 euros, then I joined a roulette table where I played for over an hour and as a result won 9000.00 euros. When I asked for a withdrawal for a week they delayed me with various excuses for documents and did not transfer the money to me in the end they left me 500 euros and the reason was because I am not entitled to what I won because they had given me a bonus... this is unfair, cheating and fraud.

Knowing from other casinos, after a certain time and bet money, the bonus is deleted or taken back by the casino... If possible, they only gave 200 euro bonus.

Hi Konstantinos, the only explanation that comes to my mind is a situation where you lost your 500 euros first and then you started playing with the bonus money. Whenever you play with a bonus money, there are often bonus terms and conditions applied to it. Max. withdrawal limit is usually one of those conditions + most of casinos don't allow to play live casino games with bonus money, or they count only 10% of the bets made towards the wagering requirement (instead of 100%, which is mostly common on slots).

Since you started playing with 700 eur in total, do you remember if you balance dropped below 200 eur at some point? This should be also visible in your betting history if you have access to it.

Let me tell you something else,Ιn other Cazino(Unigue cazino)after I deposited 1000 euros, they gave me a bonus of 700 in one night!

After 3 hours of betting again at a roulette table, I stopped at 30,200 euros, when I asked for the transfer of the money, you know what happened, I took the whole amount. Exactly 30,200... So don't try to find me any cheap excuse.

Through my uncle, who is a great lawyer in Cyprus, we will take legal action!

This particular casino behaves fraudulently and this will have consequences!

I believe it is more reasonable to stick with a situation you encounter in this specific casino.

No one is finding a cheap excuse, it's about finding what possibly happened.

 after some specific bet that I placed at some point, some of my profit was taken away and I stayed at 2900.00 euros, no problem and everything is fine.

For the specific casino that I complained about, the following happened.

while I won 9000.00 euros, they canceled the amount by themselves and left me with 500.00 euros, I want to say that they did not give me the right to bet.

Would you accept it?

I must say I don't understand the issue, and I feel it's sports betting related, isn't it?

Just asking because we don't focus on sports betting on Casino Guru furthermore, this feature isn't part of any review.

It's not about me accepting it, my opinion doesn't matter. If you feel you've been treated unfairly, submit the complaint and provide proof.

This is the best way to explain a problem in full, and also provide a space for clarifying it with the casino. All are based on pieces of evidence.
