my lawyer needs my transactions + betting history to pursue this legally .

1xbet blocked/suspended my account , i can not login and they are ignoring all my emails and not providing these info .


do you have any idea of how i can get my transaction + betting history from this casino?

also do you know how to reopen a case in CEG regulatory , cause i missed the timing of providing evidence and they closed the case in favor of operator , now everytime i email them , they completely ignore me .

this case is about : 1. (6 winnings not paid by casino and only the bet amount refunded not the winnings)

2.Violation of international and Regional terms in providing services to countries which are banned by curacao such as IRAN

Only the casinos representative could be able to give you the list of your betting history, actually. I am sorry they ignore your emails, and that we are not able to be of any more help here. Wish you the best, always.

Yes , it's a bad situation , it's worse if you are in a sanctioned country with little english knowledge and limited access to international lawyers .

You rejected my complaint as well 🙂 , that was my only communication channel with bookmaker .

Maybe if i ask them there , they will provide it , but suddenly all complaint platforms decided to stop posting my problem ...

Though I think I understand the approach:

"I have discussed your case internally with my team and regrettably, we do not handle complaints related to licensing regulations and policies. While I understand your perspective, unfortunately, we are not in a position to provide assistance in this matter. Our role is that of an independent online casinos database that acts as a mediator in resolving players' disputes. As your dispute was now rejected by the licensing authority I'm unable to assist further."

In my opinion, all other platforms feel the same lack of options. Once the licensing authority takes a stance, there is no way for us to question it. I'm sorry.

Just imagine we tell the casino we still think you are correct in this matter and due to that, we aim to penalize them anyway. That would look like we are acting solely on our own opinions, which would be very questionable, especially when sports betting was partially involved, if I'm not mistaken.

A platform , which makes casinos responsible for their behavior , not by interfering directly , just let the player submit his issue and casino respond .

In this case i don't need any help from casinoGuru , only let me communicate with casino , this is public view , they will act responsible surely .

When i send them emails , they ignore .

Let me communicate with casino through your complaint platform , all casinos are legally obligated to send player's bet history and transaction .

It's about nearly 2 million dollars .

Regulatory body is ignoring all my emails completely , Casino ignoring me and now CasinoGuru .

Let me reopen my case and ask my questions from 1xbet , give them time to answer .

If they are right then they can answee my questions , cant they?

They completely rejecteded 6 of my betslips which they didn't talk about at all .

Now i have screenshots showing that my account was from IRAN (Location and country in 1xbet set to iran) , they changed Iran to bangladesh by their own decision which is unlawful .

If you don't accept iranians anymore , you have to inform them by email and ask them to withdraw instead od changing their country to Bangladesh .


This behavior from Casinoguru , casino and refulatory body is totally unacceptable.

Based on CEG rules , most of 1xbet's T&C will be ignored becauae they contradict with the state and their regulatory law .

I'm willing to pay 10% (150-200K USD) to any lawyer who can deliver the result i need .

The law is clearly stated that it's casino's obligation to research about the player's jurisdiction and international laws , not the player's obligation .


The desired result ia full or partial refund of deposits only OR 1xbet's license revoke due to actively providing services to prohibited countries by international and curacao's law (regulatory body)

I have screenshots of my account showing that i created the account using iranian info (and choose IRAN location) while registering in 2021 .

1xbet changed my country to Bangladesh without my notice (after they no longer support iranian) .

That's illegal !!

You should inform iranian players that we don't support your jurisdiction anymore since it's prohibited and tell them to withdraw their funds and go to another casino , not to change their account's country to where ever they want .


I thought that was my fault to choose Bangladesh at first place but looking back at screenshots of my accounts reminded me of this , and for your knowledge , im a troubled gambler diagnosed with early dementia .


Also 6 of my betslips were rejected after i won them , i found screenshots of my emails to them asking why you rejected my bets , and they answered "we can reject any bets without noticing the player" , from their point of view it's ok since this is in their terms But But But , from regulatory body and licensor's point of view this is complete violation of terms which will end up in paying the player in full or revoking their license .


I can send you links to curaçao's gaming control board and CEG rules that applies to 1xbet directly which states as i said .

I need you to make them notice me and not to ignore me !

Unfortunately CEG's decision was made without me defending myself at all since i missed their call for providing evidence.

And after that i contacted them many times and they ignored me .

There should be a way to get help for sure 🙂
