Pokušavam da otvorim žalbu za povlačenja još uvek na čekanju sa 20bet, ali ne mogu da je otvorim. Međutim, 20 opklada nakon potvrde da je KIC procedura odobrena ne želi da odobri moja povlačenja i ostavlja ih na čekanju. Više puta sam tražio objašnjenje, a oni i dalje govore da su u redu i da se moraju proveriti. Ali šta još moraju da provere da li su svi moji dokumenti uključujući i selfi sa ličnom kartom već odobreni??
