Jučer sam probao njihovu službu za korisnike i dobio sam odgovor o tome koje dokumente je potrebno predati i kako ih dostaviti.
Poslao sam ga i rečeno mi je da ga promijenim u druge formate u tri pokušaja, dok konačno jutros nisam primio poruku u kojoj je navedeno da je moj račun uspješno verifikovan.
Drago mi je što vas mogu obavijestiti da sam jutros ponovo pokušao / la isplatu i u roku od 5 minuta primio / la sam svoj novac (tačan iznos).

Yesterday I tried their customer service and I had a reply on which documents to submit and how to submit it.
I submitted it and was told to change it to other formats in three attempts till finally this morning I received a mail saying that my account has been successfully verified.
I am happy to inform you that I tried my withdrawal again this morning and within 5mins I have received my money (the exact amount).
