Has anyone else had to withdraw with 4crowns casino?


I have a withdraw that’s been pending for over 80 business days now and wondered if anyone else has the same situation and also if anyone has actually received a withdrawl from them recently ?

Hello,

I already put in a complaint here on casinoguru but nothing happened as the casino never replied so I don’t know what else I can do. There are cases of people finally receiving their money after long amounts of time which gives me some hope I might see mine but it’s not looking likely. Any help from anyone would be good.

No it looks like the last time anyone received a payout that we know of was over 6-7 months ago, I’ve now been waiting 85 business days for my withdrawl and it’s still in awaiting status

I have just made a withdrawal with 4crowns 3 days ago

I am guessing now I won’t receive 😩

also after depositing just under £100 and winning £900 I withdrew my winnings which is the first time ever I have done this

I usually play an play to win more an end up loosing the lot so I was so proud of myself for doing this

I then read the terms an conditions just to see how long the withdrawal process is and was absolutely shocked an disgusted when I read that if you deposit less than €200 you only get 10X your last deposit back the rest will be fortified

my last deposit was only £20

just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation but received there winnings in full an not just 10X the last deposit

Hello, I was the person who made this complaint, I deleted this account because I also tried to delete my 4crowns casino account as I had given up hope for receiving my money. The people at the casino said I shouldn’t delete my account as my withdrawal is still in awaiting status. Basically after over 100 working days of waiting for my money the people told me that there were technical issues and that they would cancel my withdrawal and I could send the request again. Now I am in the 20th working day of the 2nd withdrawl and it still says "awaiting, user request".


so I have no idea what to do and wether I will ever see this money. I’ve been waiting on it since 21st of august last year it’s honestly ridiculous. Never seen anything like it

I'm sorry but I think that they will not just pay you now. See all the complaints concerning voided winnings and failed withdrawals. I also have to add the casino pay no attention to the Complaint Team making it impossible to help anyone. 🙁
