Hi casino guru i have using bc game account . I have 4 deposit orders pending from 3 months and customer support service is saying they can't investigate and they are not giving other option . From deposit date continuously i m contacted with bc support team and they said everyday we raised ticket after they said me merchant not received money. I contacted with my bank support team also they said payment successfully paid to merchant account and they asking for merchant bank statements as a proof for refund and bc support team clearly refused please my total deposit orders amount is 13k INR . Please help me . I already sent emails also to bc support nobody answering and i got one email from bc support they said for deposit issue contact customer service ..
