BetFlip / BetFlip.io - Rejecting Withdrawals, No Contact

Hi all,

I've made a complaint but wish to post here too to see if anyone else is having issues.

Tried to withdraw 0.1 btc, last spoke to chat on Monday who said it would be processed but it was rejected, not been able to get hold of anyone on chat since, tried all different hours. Sent them an email Monday also to no reply.

Every time I am trying to withdraw even with smaller amounts they are rejecting it without any reason and there isn't anyone to speak to.

I am KYC verified and have withdrew successfully in the past.

Oh, so I think it will be a very difficult process to get money out of such a casino. I have noticed that they have not even responded to the last complaints that have been filed against the casino and I am worried that if I offer you the opportunity to file a complaint, it will turn out the same way. 🙁

Hi, according to our review the casino operates without a license, so it is not possible to contact Curacao. To be precise they have a fake license.

I tried but they didn't help me. But Betflip is a scam, they closed my account for spreading fake news because I sent you an email now I had about €1,900 in my account.Can you help me?

Unfortunately we won't be able to help you with your case any further, as it is related to a sports betting. We don't have a branch dealing with sports betting yet, that is why Jaro posted the links to the websites they do deal with it. Have you tried those by any chance?

What was the problem on specific pages and why couldn't they help you ? I'm sorry but as Romi said, since we don't have experts and no branch, it is not possible to help in cases where it concerns sports betting. 🙁
