Hello! I’m looking for some advice please and I really do not know where to turn. On Wednesday 21/2 I won €1700 via the Betti online casino site. I withdrew my winnings the same day but they needed proof of Apple Pay as further verification. This was provided and accepted almost immediately.

I was advised 48 hours for withdrawal to be approved. I went to check the progress of my withdrawal last night and I am unable to access the site at all. It just keeps saying ‘Server not found’. Has this ever happened to anyone before? I’m so confused. I’ve played this site for years, deposited many times, won and withdrew €100 before with no issues so I really don’t know what’s going on. If anybody could shed some light on the situation I would be entirely grateful.

Awww excellent! Such a relief. Isn’t it just! I’m feeling slightly concerned about my withdrawal still. They advise 2-3 days but aim to have them processed within 48 hours, I’ve been waiting 4 days today! I hope you have more luck with yours!

Hi, according to what I've read you've already reached the casino site and I've also seen that from our site it's also the same domain as mentioned by you who- betti1.

However, I see that you are waiting for a withdrawal from the casino, I suppose, is that right or has the withdrawal already been approved ?

Ive just this very minute received my withdrawal! Everything went seemingly smoothly despite the minor hiccup of not being able to access the site. I’ve seen so many people experiencing the same problem. I feel Betti should have definitely informed people that the site address had changed.

Hello, I think I would also be happy with you if the issue of withdrawal would be resolved. Do you already have a verified casino account ? Do you still have pending withdrawal? 

In your case I will wait for more information and I am curious how it will turn out. If you have issues, you have an open complaint and you can then mention it in there.

However, I firmly believe that it will not be necessary and you will get your money.
