Koristim onlajn kazino skoro 3 godine. Pre oko 6 meseci sam počeo ozbiljnije da igram, prošao kroz značajne gubitke i za to vreme dostigao VIP status. Doslednom igrom uspeo sam da nadoknadim gubitke i da ostvarim profit.
U jednom trenutku, moj saldo je dostigao oko 168.000 dolara.
Pošto sam verovao platformi, nisam žurio da podignem svoja sredstva.
Sve je bilo u redu do jednog povlačenja:
počelo je da traje duže nego obično
Zamoljen sam da završim verifikaciju
i moj nalog je tada bio zaključan
Podneo sam sva tražena dokumenta.
Sada je situacija sledeća:
Prošlo je više od mesec dana
Moj nalog je i dalje zaključan
Provera/istraga je još uvek u toku
Dobijam odgovore, ali samo opšta ažuriranja bez jasnog vremenskog okvira
Ono što me najviše brine je ovo:
Da li bih, da sam izgubio 150.000 dolara, imao mogućnost da zaključam svoj nalog i sprečim kazino da pristupi tom novcu?
Naravno da ne.
Pa kako je onda fer da kada igrač legitimno pobedi, pristup sredstvima može biti ograničen na duži vremenski period?
Razumem da je verifikacija neophodna, posebno za velike iznose. To nije problem.
Problem je dužina procesa i nedostatak jasnog vremenskog okvira za rešavanje spora.
Delim ovo iskustvo kako bi i drugi bili upoznati, i bio bih zahvalan da čujem od svakoga ko je prošao kroz nešto slično.

I’ve been using an online casino for almost 3 years. About 6 months ago I started playing more seriously, went through significant losses, and reached VIP status during that time. Through consistent play, I managed to recover my losses and move into profit.
At one point, my balance reached around $168,000.
Because I trusted the platform, I didn’t rush to withdraw my funds.
Everything was fine until one withdrawal:
it started taking longer than usual
I was asked to complete verification
and my account was then locked
I submitted all requested documents.
Now the situation is:
It’s been over a month
My account is still locked
The verification/investigation is still ongoing
I do receive responses, but only general updates without a clear timeline
What concerns me the most is this:
If I had lost $150,000, would I have the option to lock my account and prevent the casino from accessing that money?
Of course not.
So how is it fair that when a player wins legitimately, access to funds can be restricted for an extended period of time?
I understand that verification is necessary, especially for large amounts. That’s not the issue.
The issue is the length of the process and the lack of a clear resolution timeframe.
I’m sharing this experience so others are aware, and I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar.
