Pišem ovde jer sam imao zaista ozbiljan problem sa Platincasinom i zanima me da li je još neko doživeo nešto slično.
3. juna 2023. godine, uplatio sam i izgubio 24.000 evra na njihovoj platformi — što je bukvalno bila sva moja životna ušteđevina. Nakon što je sve potrošeno, dobio sam automatsku e-poštu u kojoj je pisalo:
„Sve dok vaš igrački nalog nije verifikovan, ograničenje depozita biće postavljeno na 150 evra."
Ovo dokazuje da moj nalog nije bio verifikovan, a ipak mi je nekako bilo dozvoljeno da uplatim daleko preko tog limita — 160 puta više. Niko me nije zaustavio, nije se pojavilo nikakvo upozorenje, a verifikacija je usledila tek nakon što je sve izgubljeno.
Takođe:
Imao sam poznati problem sa kockanjem, pomenut u ranijim razgovorima sa podrškom
Zatražio bonus nakon što je izgubio 6.000 evra, očigledno u teškoćama
Nikada nisam izvršio podizanje novca, što je trebalo da upozori na problem.
Sistem ili podrška nikada nisu zaustavili ili proverili
U međuvremenu sam saznao da je drugi igrač imao sličan problem sa ignorisanjem samoisključenja ( link do sličnog slučaja ) i da je dobio isti imejl kao i ja. Tako da počinjem da mislim da je ovo sistemski problem, a ne jednokratna greška.
Podneo sam žalbu MGA i zamolio Casino Guru da ponovo otvori moju staru žalbu (ID 90687) koja je zatvorena jer nisam odgovorio na vreme. Ali ovo je previše ozbiljno da bih to pustio.
Ako je još neko imao problema sa neproverenim nalozima, ignorisanim ograničenjima ili mogućnošću kockanja nakon samoisključenja, molim vas da odgovorite. Bio bih vam veoma zahvalan kada bih znao da nisam sam — i možda možemo pomoći da se ovo ne dešava drugima.

I’m posting here because I’ve had a really serious issue with Platincasino, and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
On June 3rd, 2023, I deposited and lost €24,000 on their platform — which was literally all my life savings. After everything was gone, I received an automated email saying:
"As long as your player account has not been verified, a deposit limit will be set to €150."
This proves my account was unverified, and yet I was somehow allowed to deposit way beyond that limit — 160 times more. No one stopped me, no warning came up, and verification only came after everything was lost.
I also:
Had a known gambling problem, mentioned in earlier chats with support
Requested a bonus after losing €6,000, clearly in distress
Never made a withdrawal, which should’ve raised a red flag
Was never stopped or checked by the system or support
I’ve since learned that another player had a similar issue with self-exclusion being ignored (link to the similar case) and received the same email I did. So I’m starting to think this is a systemic problem, not a one-time error.
I’ve filed a complaint with the MGA and asked Casino Guru to reopen my old complaint (ID 90687) which was closed because I didn’t reply in time. But this is too serious to let go.
If anyone else has had issues with unverified accounts, ignored limits, or being able to gamble after self-exclusion, please reply. I’d really appreciate knowing I’m not alone — and maybe we can help stop this from happening to others.
