Fairspin took my deposit

Ljudi, napravio sam depozit od 300 usd prije 6 dana, njihov sistem je dao drugog provajdera računa u odnosu na zadnji put za uplatu.

do sada NEMAM kreditiran ili vraćen moj novac. Ignoriraju sve moje e-mailove i na chatu uvijek isto odgovaraju :"još uvijek čekamo ažuriranja iz vašeg slučaja, samo sačekaj" i onda me opet ignorišu cijeli dan

oni su totalno neprofesionalni i nepravedni, ja samo hocu svoj novac!!

Već sam prije 3 dana poslao žalbu njihovom regulatoru za kockanje, ali ništa se nije dogodilo

already deposited 500. once requested a withdrawal of 150 where only 88 arrived in my account. I've been put off for two weeks that the remaining amount will still reach my account. but nothing happens, can only advise against playing here. the support is polite but not necessarily helpful. It just says you have already completed the process and the money should be coming very soon. just don't play here, there are enough sites where you can gamble. a deposit has completely gone under. 10 euros which I don't get back either because they say the amount will be refunded. not true either. the incident was already 10 days ago.

habe bereits 500 eingezahlt. einmal eine auszahlung von 150 beantragt, wo nur 88 auf meinem konto ankamen. werde seit zwei wochen vertröstet, dass der restliche betrag noch mein konto erreichen wird. es passiert aber nichts, kann jedem nur davon abraten hier zu spielen. der support ist zwar höfflich aber nicht unbedingt hilfreich. es wird lediglich gesagt, sie hätten den vorgang bereits abgeschlossen und das geld müsste sehr bald kommen. spielt hier bloss nicht, gibt genug seiten auf den man zocken kann. eine einzahlung ist komplett untergegangen. 10 euro welche ich auch nicht wiederbekomme, da sie sagen, der betrag wird zurück erstattet. stimmt auch nicht . liegt bereits 10 tage zurück der vorfall.
