Evo mog mišljenja o FunID/PlayID. Pre svega: manje-više sam dobio sav novac, ali je i dalje sumnjiv posao.


Počinje činjenicom da ne možete pronaći ime vlasnikove kompanije nigde na celom veb-sajtu, uključujući i xxxxl Uslove korišćenja, a funkcija ćaskanja vas upućuje na imejl samo kada imate pitanja o tome. U svakom slučaju, ćaskanje nema apsolutno nikakva ovlašćenja; ponekad čekate satima dok čekaju odgovor od „odeljenja". Oni čak ne mogu ni da vide status vašeg naloga itd., i uvek žele snimke ekrana.

Morate malo istražiti da biste saznali da FunID/PlayID pripadaju NovaForge-u, čiji su kazina ovde na CG skoro svi ocenjeni kao vrhunski. Ne duguju mi novac, ali koja se renomirana kompanija tako krije?

Poznato je da se transfer između kazina (80% NovaForge) i PlayID-a dešava u realnom vremenu.

Skoro svi PlayID kazina nude bonuse do 450% (!) na prvi depozit putem partnerskih linkova. Trenutno, 11 različitih PlayID kazina nudi bonus od 350% na prvi depozit putem Affiliate X, bez fiksnog depozita.

Sa NovaForge-om, kao i sa Dama-om itd., morate biti oprezni; neki kazina imaju niske limite za dobitak u svojim uslovima i odredbama. Osvojio sam preko 35.000 (!!!) evra sa depozitom od 10 evra u jednom od njihovih kazina, a zatim sam završio u jednom od njihovih kazina gde je maksimalni dobitak bio ograničen na 5 puta iznos bonusa = 250 evra.

Generalno, svakako nisam dobar kupac za kazina jer uplaćujem samo minimalni iznos, a koristim maksimalne bonuse. To dovodi do toga da se svi bonusi u nekom trenutku blokiraju bez ikakvog obaveštenja. Svakodnevno dobijam sumnjive imejlove o bonusima, a ponekad se čak i pojave prilikom prijavljivanja, ali se nikakav bonus ne dodeljuje nakon što uplatim depozit. Podrška putem ćaskanja mi tada kaže da mi nijedan nije dostupan.

Čak ni bonus poeni, funID-ovi sopstveni bonusi za depozite u novčaniku itd., ne rade; vidljivi su, ali nisu aktivirani. Ponovo: Nažalost, ovo je neprofesionalno!

Imao sam sreće; znam za slučajeve poput ovog iz Telegrama gde se od ljudi traži da dostave svakakve stvari, bankovne izvode iz nekoliko godina itd. Prema CasinoGuru-u, oni onda kažu da ne mogu ništa da urade, to je samo novčanik.

Tek sa poslednjom uplatom, kada je moj saldo bio 450 evra, dobio sam imejl sa zahtevom za novu KYC verifikaciju sa veoma dugačkom listom traženih dokumenata. Kao što sam rekao, pretpostavljam da sam imao sreće.

S obzirom na sumnjivo blokiranje bonusa bez obaveštenja itd., odlučio sam da uplatim ovih 450 evra u novododati kazino (OnlySpins, ovo izuzetno nije NovaForge kazino), uložim ih jednom putem sportskog klađenja, a zatim ih podignem putem MiFinity-ja, što je isplaćeno nakon 1 dana.

Moj imejl sa zahtevom za zatvaranje naloga je obrađen od strane FunId-a nakon 4 minuta 😛

I just wanted to say that this sounds like a truly stupid situation. KYC is supported by the platform, so they should provide alternatives instead of repeatedly saying that they just didn't receive the email.

Have you ever received a system email notification indicating that an email was blocked or undelivered?

If you have not received such a notification, I find it hard to believe that the platform created by the casino operator cannot verify your identity through other means.

Verovatno ćeš u ćaskanju reći da nemaš nikakve veze sa NovaForge-om, bla bla, a onda ćeš ljubazno pomenuti unos za njihov broj licence uz snimak ekrana 😉


Mogu lako da zamislim da ako vide da ste saznali neke informacije (od operatera) i da se pismo može vratiti kao neuručeno, njihova spremnost da reše problem će dramatično porasti. 🙂

We are not talking about starting some fundraising projects but about a massively used tool developed by people from casinos. However, you are currently the only customer experiencing issues. Ho ho, I won't rate something like that.

Imam sličan problem, osvojio sam 10.000 kruna i poslao pola na svoj račun, ali je novac nestao i posle pola godine kako me vuku za nos, prestao sam da uživam u tome i nema nikoga da mi pomogne. Pola godine su me pravili glupim. Prvo su poslali, pa su rekli da treba nešto da dokažu. Imam snimak ekrana skoro svega. Čak su me tražili i za izvod sa ličnog računa i ipak su nešto smislili. To je veliki razlog, posebno zato što nam uvek odmah uzimaju novac i kada se pojavi problem, nikoga nije briga.
