Vidio sam da sam i ja uploadovao dokumente i identifikacija je odobrena i cekao sam nedelju dana da mi novac bude stavljen na racun 4 puta sam pokusavao da podignem novac koji nikada nije napravljen...s izgovorima da postoji problem u sistem ..... ostala kazina je iskrena kao casinoin i betmaster koji su iz iste drzave .... daleko od Ice kazina ja mu uopste ne vjerujem u transakcije daleko, a kada poniste isplatu nisu slati poruke i morao sam to vidjeti na njihovoj stranici ..koje su web stranice također promijenjene

Hello Ice casino is a really scam, i deposit 450 euros and i win with a total amount of 1100 and i ask a withdraw.

The first time already upload all documents but my withdraw canceled because of KYC, neverminded i pass the KYC the same day and ask again withdraw. They cancel it and say there was an error with card payments and forced me to withdraw with bank transfer (because i ask if they need extra papers they told me no) i wait again some days and rejected because of KYC. Then i go to chat and ask them why, nevermind i ask again withdraw 2 separate 490 euros each, when the first accepted i ask the second one.

After 7 days that was the last day according to their rules to trasnfer the money, the withdraw rejected and at the chat they don't know. Because i know i will never get my money from there i also open a complaint here 2 hours ago. I hope all goes fine but please avoid this casino.

ICE CASINO.... Registrovao sam se, počeo sam da uplaćujem novac na svoj račun i počeo da igram. Posle otprilike dva meseca, uspeo sam da osvojim relativno beznačajan iznos do 20.000 CZK koji sam želeo da odaberem, ali sam onda naišao na problem sa odobrenjem mojih ličnih dokumenata, trebalo je 14 dana da dođu do moje prijave i konačno nisam mogao da se prijavim na svoj korisnički nalog. Zato sam napisao mejl da saznam šta se dešava. Rečeno mi je da sam, nažalost, uneo svoj nadimak u polje za ime, koji de facto koristim svuda, uključujući e-poštu. Da sam navodno dao lične podatke trećem licu.... GLUPOST!

Nije im smetala činjenica da sam kod njih imao korisničko ime na računu koje se razlikovalo od imena na kreditnoj kartici sa koje su dobijali novac. Ali pošto sam želeo novac, došlo je do razmene e-pošte o tome kako sam želeo da proverim i oni mogu da ponište moj nalog na osnovu toga. Uprkos mojim naporima da DOKAŽEM da sam ja, zaista Ja, bio je beskorisan. Operater onlajn ćaskanja je očigledno već bio iskusan u sličnim slučajevima i nije hteo da mi vrati novac.
