 In 10yrs I never had a Casino delay payout (14 days+) for a PROVIDER CHECK to check the legitimacy of my wins??? It was a 6hr session playing SLOTS. This was a max withdrawal bonus of only 300$. I did win 1100$ but they removed 800$ aswell…


  I searched IMMERIONS complaints online, a large % of complaints are PROVIDER CHECK delays. Most cases took closer to a month. Sad part most people blew the money while waiting. Just what IMMERION wanted I’d say. IMMERION obviously is doing this to reduce payouts & increase revenue…


 Why are they getting away with this??? Such a high number of delayed payouts taking a month is crazy. Their T&C’s even state up to 7 day delay. This is not normal practice at other casinos, other than the odd very large win… 


 IF YOU WERE UNAWARE, NOW YOU KNOW. DON’T SUPPORT PREDATORY CASINOS LIKE IMMERION. I KNOW I WILL NEVER PLAY THERE AGAIN !!!


HAS ANYONE SUCCESSFULLY WITHDRAWN FROM IMMERION WITHOUT DELAYS ON HERE REGULARLY ???

You are right that this is a really unfortunate situation, and it should be solved as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, our complaint team is not able to intervene before the 14-day time period, as explained in your complaint. So we need to wait before we can start to investigate the whole matter.

I want people to be aware of this predatory behaviour. Immerion acts like it’s a normal practice but it’s not. The high % of complaints for the same issue says it all..


They advertise as a crypto casino. So you expect payouts in 1 to 24 hrs max. To be told 14 days min. is so unexpected & disappointing. There is so many great crypto casinos that payout quick as advertised.


It’s pretty dumb practice on their part as customers will just play elsewhere. Reading other cases 14 days will likely turn into a month & there is no recourse for them, except gradually losing all their customers…


In reality they should be fined for this type of BS to deter them. I’m gonna look into reporting them to their gaming authority. Maybe save other people from being put through this nonsense !!

I have to agree with you on this, for sure. Players will surely be confused and disappointed and leave for some other site, as you said.

Hopefully soon it will all be resolved, though, and you'll get your money so you can rest from all this. 🙏

36 days & counting now… Immerion made their 1st comment just 45 min ago on this in the complaints section here. All they said is they will pass the information to the KYC dept. ??? What the heck are they even talking about ??? 36 days later & I’m still at square one, like Wtf ???

It really must be frustrating for you, but hopefully they will respond to the complaint earlier now than they have before so the case can move forward finally.

I feel like it’s back to day 1 now…I assume the casino rep was higher up the totem pole & was able to explain/ justify this VERY LONG DELAYED PAYOUT PROCESS ???


Yet the Casino Rep didn’t even comment, update or advise on anything relevant to my case. THE REP ONLY MENTIONS PASSING ON INFO TO THE KYC DEPARTMENT ??? WHAT ??? HUNH ???


This casino sucks for doing this to people. Support said 14 days to resolve this & 36 days later I’m still waiting.. I don’t feel hopeful this will ever be resolved now…

I wish we could push them harder so they address every complaint right away, but unfortunately, our hands are tied, and we just need to wait as well.

Yeah i Understand your side & you help for sure making casinos accountable for payouts but unfortunately your limited in the time frame aspect…


Just looking more into this with complaints about immerion. There is a clear pattern & all the complaints are this same issue with this BS provider check payout delay. Especially more so on the askgamblers complaints section compared to here for whatever reason…


Every case is the same & if the person didn’t blow the money (which most did) it took 2 months for them to exhaust their delay tactics & finnally pay out. Which is crazy cause truth is they are 100% intentionally doing this hoping that people just blow the money…


And it works cause more than half do exactly that. Reducing 50% of payouts must be a great revenue producer for them, in the short term but the amount of customers the will lose by doing this will hurt more in the long term & that doesnt make sense for them to stay in buisness over the long term !!

So, if it really is like that, their tactic, as you called it, will make them lose their customers, which will be their own fault. 🤷‍♀️

I hope, though, that they will get better and pay fairly and on time, of course.
