Podigao sam 360 evra pre tačno mesec dana. Od tada nije bilo ništa osim problema.
Rekli su mi da su pokušali da ga pošalju 3 puta na moj bankovni račun u Velikoj Britaniji, ali nikad nije stigao. Kažu da imaju problema na svom kraju sa transferom.
Moja banka nije imala nijedan pokušaj depozita od njih.
Zaista me uznemirava jer sam se nadao novcu za Božić. Svaki dan sam slao e-poštu i jedva da mi odgovore, a pomoć uživo mi samo govori da budem strpljiv.
Znam da to nije puno novca, ali meni jeste.
Ne želim imenovati kazino samo u slučaju da isplate. Platili su mi jednom ranije, mali iznos tako da se nadam da su originalni.
Nisu licencirani i sa sjedištem u Kostariki tako da nemam nikakva prava. Posljednji mejl su mi rekli da ću možda morati otvoriti bitcoin račun da bih bio uplaćen, ali sve je tako komplikovano i stvarno ne želim ovo raditi jer mislim da me samo zafrkavaju.
Ima li neko savjet kako da se izborim sa ovim i da li je vjerovatno da su ga poslali 3 puta.

Hi all,
I withdrew 360euros exactly a month ago. There has been nothing but problems since.
They have told me that they have tried to send it 3 times to my uk bank account but it's never arrived. They say they are having problems their end with transferring.
My bank has not had any attempted deposits from them.
It's really upsetting me as I was hoping for the money for Christmas. I have emailed every day and they hardly ever reply and live help just tell me to be patient.
I know it's not a lot of money but it is to me.
I don't want to name the casino just incase they pay out. They did pay me once before, a small amount so I have hope they are genuine.
They are not licensed and based in Costa Rica so I have no rights. The last email they said I might have to open a bitcoin account to be paid but it's all so complicated and really don't want to do this as I think they are just messing me about.
Does anyone have any advice how I can deal with this and is it likely that they have sent it 3 times.
