I have played at a couple of casinos in this group, they all use the same games/emails etc and when it comes time to withdraw they all have the same problem: they don't pay what they say they will.

They say $2500 a week here and on their site, but once you request money they will only pay 200-300 once every TEN DAYS.

So be warned: If you win big, you are in for a long frustrating wait.

I think their reviews here should be updated to reflect this.

It really must get frustrating for players if they are not able to withdraw the limit stated or even when the withdrawal gets so slow.

Unfortunately, though, we are not able to change anything or even put some warning on these casino reviews until we have complaints submitted regarding this issue, and it is really clear that these casinos do delay withdrawals.

That is why we believe that is good whenever players from those casinos post information about such issues on our forum or even in the user reviews. Like this, it could be helpful for others a lot.

So, may I ask how long you had to wait for a withdrawal, for example?

Sure, I requested $2500 on 15/2

After a week I complained and they said:

Thank you for reaching out.

Please be kindly advised that according to our updated payout approval timeframes, it takes up to 7 business days to get your request approved. As we can see, you submitted your payout request on 2/15 so it will be approved on Tuesday, 2/25

On the 26th, they said they would send $300.

As of today, 27/2, 12 days after payout request lodged, the transaction has not been initiated on the blockchain.

In that case, you should submit a complaint, for sure. Our team will investigate the whole situation and try to find out what caused this delay, because that is taking them really long now. So, at least we can understand what is going on. Right?

Another week has passed and they have still not sent my money, nor responded to my emails, I think you need to update their ranking/review here- it says No Limit for Withdrawals which is absolutely not true.

In this case you can use our complaint resolution centre and we will try to help you. Romi already posted a link in her previous reply where you will need to fill in a form. If the casino does not do anything to fix the problem, then we can also talk about its safety index.

That is done. I have already lost most of my winnings but hopefully we can get their site, and their group's reviews updated so other people aren't misled into thinking they will get paid in a reasonable manner.

I'm sorry to hear you lost a portion of the money. Please try to prevent losing the rest because the complaint won't progress much further if you lose the disputed amount.

I am very sorry that you had to be part of such treatment. I'm sorry the casino didn't get back to us and we couldn't have done more for you.

As far as the safety index is concerned, it has been lowered as a result of your complaint, but again it is based on the black points the casino receives. You can't expect it to go to 0 but from what I've seen, the casino has two other complaints open. If those end up like yours, the drop will probably be pretty significant.
