Hello, so I have been in touch withe the CasinoRewards support. My account was believed to be in violation of t&c's. I had this account for over a month. My documents and address were approved Friday 16th 2023. I have never signed up for luxury casino until a month ago where I put in 150.00 which they refunded instantly as soon as I went to withdrawl 26000.00. Only allowed to receive 4000 per week and only on Fridays which then would take 2 more days for payment processor to deposit. I went Into extreme detail with customer service cause it was so complex. They basically hope you will spend it back which yes I did spend a bit back but bring my balance to 2800.00 and with drawls which were down to 21000.00 to total 30,000.00


Accused of signing up for more then 1 account. I ask their cs chat to find my account responsible and none could be provided numerous times. I feel they have made it up.


That being said I can't get my account unlocked but I am able to go Into CasinoMondial under same membership.. use the bonus money from when I played at luxury.


No1 will tell me anything and I've contacted RiskManagement@casinorewards.com and they haven't replied. I just want to be treated fairly. There have been similar cases where people still recieve their with drawl. Just minus some penalties. But I don't deserve pure 0.00 that isn't right.

Your CasinoRewards account was verified on Friday 16th, 2023? But when did you register in the Luxury Casino, please?

Has your account been verified too in the Luxury Casino?

I believe I registered no more than month back. Initial deposits 3 of 50.00 each. But I don't recall claiming the bonus I remember opting out purposely through the chat. My account was fully verified on the Sept 15th and 16th was the first Friday for with drawl. Then all a sudden my account was locked and recieved an email from the RiskManagement@casinorewards.com. it's been frustrating ever since. Casino Rewards is membership that has casino brands supported in It. Luxury casino and grand Mondial are examples. On the same membership with casino rewards I have grand Mondial account. I also know I have another grand Mondial account listed under a different email .. but I still get promos and told I should deposit. But it will all lead to the same thing as this.


As far as I am concerned they push you to make t&c errors prior and never tell you.. and keep small deposits. But if you win big, they will take you out and confiscate your large winnings.

Now I understand why it sounded so confusing to me.

Sadly, I'm not able to read those print screens because the letters are too small to be readable, anyway, I believe that you should submit a complaint, this matter would need a closer look. Just click this link, and if I may add, send those screenshots preferably by email when the time comes. I'm eager to see where the complaint team will get.

So I haven't heard back from Nikolas.b but I did talk to casino rewards. They told me I have no other lux account and that I was able to withdrawl and no other obstacles were in the way to withdrawl under my account. Thus proving that they made up the issue restricting me my 30000.00 with drawl.

Just a little summary /update..


Luxury casino kept my $30,000 winnings and closed my account after just successfully completing KYC. EXCUSE: Violation of t&c. Computer detected Violation of duplicate account or some of my details being used in other accounts.


Today I loaded up a sister site. I was assured that I had other accounts on the same membership relating to the luxury account. Was told that is was no problem and I would be able to withdrawl if I win. Why is this so? When my other account was closed and confiscated from me . I have proof of these conversations. I feel I was ripped off and would like my withdrawl from luxury! Please help

Nothings been relayed to As if something of the nature is poor policy and held only for people who actually win. Had I not won they would have allowed me to play putting more money forever. But soon an someone wins they look to their unfair t&c for any excuse out. This is listed as this

200x. That's completely retarded. They give $1000.00 and you need $1000.00 your own cash and you need wager $200,000.00. You will never win with these auto forced upon bonus amounts.

I understand per person. But say you buy a used device or borrow a laptop or lend yours to a friend. Or even more interesting is that they advertise like.crazy third party or not. If I even visit the website of 1 casino I got 4 other ones emailing me right away telling me about bonuses and the shared network thing my friends who are on the same network get similar emails magically to also take the bonus and sign up. I lost $30000 and now I'm being told by the commission responsible for Governing Luxury casino that they aren't at fault. I've received no response from the casino itself still to this day. If I go to the chat of their customer service, The website just continues to load and never actually loads the chat. Must be nice to trick people into thinking they were winning.

I don't understand how on one website they're rated 2.9 out of 10 And on this website they're rated highly 8.9 out of 10. I believe that there's something fishy going onLike a partnership or maybe they own you. A place that has over 20 something casinos, Has to have something like that by now.

Check out #trustpilot.com and u will see just how bad, and how many people keep complaining about the fraud that's going on. Also # trustpilot.com is being paid by casinorewards to place false 5 star reviews written by casino employees to try and boost their ratings. Because they are frauding Ontario player's worse than other countries.
