Nisam siguran da li je ispravno da ovo ovde stavim. Kontaktirao sam šefa odeljenja za žalbe, imao sam užasno iskustvo sa „Igorom" koji je rešavao moju žalbu.

Na snimcima ekrana možete videti kako se moj partner uverio da nije protiv uslova ako potpišem na sajtu koji je imao i koristim njegov laptop (koji više nije koristio). Kazino je na kraju ukrao moj dobitak od 408 i tvrdio da je prekršio uslove. Ali nije mogao da objasni koji su to uslovi.
U prilogu je Igorov odgovor, veoma agresivan, odbacujući i ne baš logičan (npr. zašto bi moj partner dva puta rekao da mi daje svoj laptop i proverava sa kazinom da li je to u redu, ako ga neću koristiti za igranje? Izgleda da je Igor namerno nejasan ovde).
Rekao bih da bi 9 od 10 ljudi koji su pročitali snimke ekrana reklo da sam uradio sve što sam mogao da osiguram da nisu prekršeni uslovi. Ali možda ih CasinoGuru partnerski dogovor ovde zaslepljuje? Samo da dodam da nikada nisam zaradio novac od bonusa, sve su bili gotovinski depoziti. 



Bio bih zaista zahvalan da šef odeljenja za žalbe pogleda ovo i bude malo objektivniji, jer izgleda da je ovo potpuno suprotno fer kockanju.
Uslovi i odredbe korišćenja - 3.2. Dozvoljen je samo jedan nalog za svako domaćinstvo, IP adresu i računar ili uređaj. Ako dva ili više korisnika dele isto domaćinstvo, IP adresu i računar ili uređaj, moramo biti unapred obavešteni od strane vlasnika odgovarajućih naloga. - Nijedna racionalna osoba koja utvrđuje činjenice i nije pristrasna ne bi mogla reći da ovo nije urađeno unapred na osnovu dostavljenih snimaka ekrana.

I'm not sure if this is right to put this here. I have reached out to the head of complaints, I have had an atrocious experience with 'Igor' handling my complaint.

You can see in the screenshots my partner made sure it was not against the terms if i signed at the site he had and used his laptop (which he didn't use anymore). The casino ended up stealing my 408 winnings and claimed breach of terms. But couldn't explain which ones.
The attached is Igors response, very aggressive, dismissive and not really logical (E.g why would my partner twice say he was giving me his laptop and checking with the casino if that was okay, if I wasn't going to use it to play? seems like Igor is being deliberately obtuse here).
I would say 9 out of 10 people who read the screenshots & would say I did everything I could to ensure no terms were broken. But perhaps CasinoGuru affiliate deal is blinding them here? Just to add I never made any money from a bonus, it was all cash deposits.



I would really appreciate head of complaints to look at this and be a little more objective as these seems to go against fair gaming completely.
