Tako da je tokom božićnog raspusta moja maloletna nećaka koristila moj telefon cele nedelje pošto ga ja jedva koristim, uglavnom na poslu. Pa, dobila je pulsz i odlučila da kupi sc novčiće cele nedelje, oko 2000. Kada sam obavestio pulsz o situaciji i zašto se druga verifikacija koristi da obezbedi moju kreditnu karticu kao što drugi sajtovi traže CvV. Pa, odmah su me okrivili i rekli da sam ja kriva kada nisu uspeli da obezbede moj nalog od transakcija zahtevajući CVV sa kartice u evidenciji. Ukratko, prvo su rekli da mi vraćaju novac, a zatim su rekli ne da nisu i potpuno blokirani zatvorili su moj račun. Da li je neko imao situaciju da je maloletnik napravio tužbe i da li se ikako može vratiti taj novac?
So during christmas break my underage niece used my phone the whole week since i hardly use it mostly use my work phone. Well she got on pulsz and decided to buy sc coins all week ringing up almost 2000. When i notified pulsz of the situation and why a 2nd verification is used to secure my creditcard like other sites request CvV. Well right away they blamed me and said its my fault when they failed to secure my account from transactions by requesting a CVV from card on file. Long story short first they said they refund me then they said no they werent and completely blocked closed my account. Has anyone had situation where minor made charges and is there anyway to recover that money?
