Hello this is in regards to lucky hippo casino. I have tried several attempt to make a withdrawal request for $500 last oct 7, and they denied it because of the coupon i have used. So they deducted some and end up to $421.24 left . Thats not a problem. Now i made a request last oct 17 for whatever is left and until now they’re still evaluating my withdrawal. Its hard to to get a hold of they’re finance dept. Customer service cant help you. I have emailed the finance dept. And not getting any answer. So far today its oct. 25 already no answer still.

Hard to say what seems to be the issue.

It's even harder to mention that we allow the casino 14 full days to verify the account and proceed with the payment.

So, I suggest you give them a few more days. If that's not enough, kindly read about the complaint process and consider submitting one. 🤔

I hope the complaint won't be necessary. But in any case, let me know how it looks, please.
