Ja sam Rid iz Ontarija i moram da se izduvam jer je ovo ludo. Osvojio sam 11.000 kanadskih dolara u Casino Action-u (deo Casino Rewards grupe) i umesto da mi isplate, postavili su mi ovaj super neobičan KYC zahtev: snimim jedan, kontinuirani, neobrezani video gde pokazujem svoje lice i identifikaciju, zatim se prijavim na svoj lični Bitget kripto novčanik KAMEROM i polako pregledam svaku transakciju depozita do adresa njihovih novčanika. Bez rezova, bez obrezivanja, sve je vidljivo.
Uspeo sam, poslao sam im najmanje 4 različita videa tokom nedelja, trudeći se da pratim uputstva. Svaki put: generički odgovor „ne ispunjava zahteve", ali NIJEDNA konkretna povratna informacija. Ni reči o tome šta nije u redu – osvetljenje? ugao? kako sam skrolovao? Ništa. Onda bum, nalog je zatvoren zbog „neuspešnog KYC-a" bez ikakve šanse da se to pravilno popravi.
Ova stvar sa video zapisima je toliko invazivna i čudna, zahteva pristup uživo mom privatnom kripto nalogu na videu? Nikada nisam video ništa slično u standardnom KYC-u za kripto depozite. I nikada ne daju primer kako izgleda „dobar" video, pa kako se, dođavola, očekuje da ga neko uradi kako treba?
Odneo sam to u Kazino Guru – prosledili su sve imejlove, snimke ekrana, sve. U početku su malo pomogli, ali kada sam zatražio da ponovo otvorim nakon što su ga zatvorili (kazino me je ignorisao, osećao sam se bespomoćno), kategorično su odbili. Rekli su „slučaj zatvoren jer ste prestali da odgovarate" iako je kazino prvo zaćutao!
Sada sam uveren da Casino Guru ne želi da se bavi ovim jer verovatno dobijaju dobar prihod od partnerskog programa od Casino Rewards grupe (oni intenzivno recenziraju i promovišu svoje kazina). Zašto bi inače ignorisali očigledno odugovlačenje u lošoj nameri i čak se ne trudili da provere moje poslate video zapise ili da insistiraju na pravim odgovorima?
Ako ste se suočili sa sličnim ludim zahtevima za video snimcima, beskrajnim odbijanjima bez povratnih informacija ili odbijanjem žalbi velikih grupa od strane Casino Guru-a, podelite to ovde. Čini se da sistem više štiti kazina nego igrače. Da li je još nekoga prevarila Casino Action ili Rewards kazina prilikom isplata?

I'm Reid from Ontario, and I need to vent because this is insane. I won C$11,000 at Casino Action (part of the Casino Rewards group), and instead of paying out, they hit me with this super unusual KYC request: record a single, continuous, uncut video where I show my face and ID, then log into my personal Bitget crypto wallet ON CAMERA, and slowly scroll through every deposit transaction to their wallet addresses. No cuts, no cropping, everything visible.
I did it actually sent them at least 4 different videos over weeks, doing my absolute best to follow instructions. Each time: generic reply saying "doesn't meet requirements," but ZERO specific feedback. Not one word about what's wrong – lighting? angle? how I scrolled? Nothing. Then boom, account closed for "failed KYC" with no chance to fix it properly.
This video thing is so invasive and weird demanding live access to my private crypto account on video? I've never seen anything like it in standard KYC for crypto deposits. And they never give an example of what a "good" video looks like, so how the hell is anyone supposed to get it right?
I took it to Casino Guru – forwarded all emails, screenshots, everything. They helped a bit at first, but when I asked to reopen after they closed it (casino ghosted me, I felt helpless), they flat refused. Said "case closed because you stopped responding" even though the casino went silent first!
Now I'm convinced Casino Guru doesn't want to touch this because they probably get good affiliate revenue from the Casino Rewards group (they review and promote their casinos heavily). Why else ignore clear bad faith stalling and not even bother checking my submitted videos or pushing for real answers?
If you've dealt with similar crazy video demands, endless rejections without feedback, or Casino Guru brushing off complaints against big groups, please share here. This feels like the system protects the casinos more than players. Anyone else got screwed by Casino Action or Rewards casinos on withdrawals?
