Zatražio sam povraćaj novca od BiLucky Casino-a 30. maja. Uprkos višestrukim kontaktima putem ćaskanja uživo i imejla, dali su samo nejasne odgovore i nikakvo jasno rešenje.
Trenutno su potpuno prestali da reaguju.
Bio sam strpljiv i sarađivao, ali nisam dobio povraćaj novca niti jasan vremenski okvir za rešavanje problema.
