Casino name not on search bar

Hi,

I am trying to File a new complaint but the name of the casino is not showing app in the search bar period the name of the casino is gamebolt and I access it through Facebook Messenger through a host. I have contacted gamebolt directly via the WhatsApp but have had no progress. At all, anyways, can somebody tell me what I need to do to be able to file this complaint or if i'm able to file this complaint. I have seen the actual casino. Come up in several of here along with Milky Way,and Orion etc...

Are you sure it is actually a casino, not just some VIP room? Because I couldn't find it anywhere on the internet.

Despite that, this "casino" is not listed (in case this is sort of a club instead, it won't be) you can still submit the complaint. Just mind the option "I don't know the name of the casino" then paste the link and name to the description, please. 🙂

In the meantime, would you kindly tell us whyt is wrong there? What has happened to you?

I'm not sure what happened I have tried contacting them but I was incorrectly paid for that spin in the picture it should have paid me 100.00 not 1.00

I would submit the complaint for sure. Actually, I thought you intended to do so. Believe me when I say there is no reason to hesitate.

Just use the option "I don't know the casino". Can you do that?
